OYO 10943 Hotel Plus Corporate - Hotel in Butibori, Tembhari - Nagpur, India

Rooms were good, better than expected, services were quick and the staff was really polite. Very welcoming. Definitely my fix stay for every visit.

Safe Place for Couples. Room was good but terrible experience to lock the door. Check in process should be fast. Middle light of room always on try to fix it. it is hard to sleep. Overall good.

First of all they don't accept your booking in any of the online platform. When we book a room here and reach the hotel they ask you for extra money. And they say if you have any complaints complaint on the online platform that you have booked, and they are not responsible for that. Secondly the guy who is sitting in the reception does not know how to behave to the customer. He is always shouting to everyone including customers. He will make you waiting in the reception too long, and arguing for small reasons. The rooms was neet and clean it's worth of money. The linen was little bit old, but it's okay. They are cleaning the room everyday. But they don't pick up the call, if you want something you need to go to the reception and ask for it. The restaurant working on it was very good. Good staff behaviour, they don't take too much time for delivery, the taste was also good The hotel is located nearby the MIDC road butiburi, but transportation is very difficult, you don't get any vehicle from here. the taxi and auto is asking too much price from here.

Very bad experience. On top of it the management and the staffs are very bad at coordinating. I booked through Oyo and upon reaching the hotel they denied check in at the price which was booked and asked to pay triple amount ...upon refusing to pay they asked to talk to oyo support for change in hotel prices . Oyo fails to provide proper resolution and thus the hotel charges way more than mentioned amount ....worst experience of life

What price showing on OYO is fake. Booked this hotel on 24/8/2022, paid Rs 519/- online to oyo. Reached hotel, but denied chek-in at this price and asked for more charges. Contacted to OYO, but said their floor charges may be high. Paid extra charge because It's too late in night. Don't book from OYO reach directly to hotel.

Worst experience ever. This hotel books room through Oyo but upon reaching the hotel while checking in it asks hefty huge amount other than Oyo rate. Om arguing the manager says that hotel doesn't book room via Oyo.

Nice hotel booked 2 deluxe room 1 for 2 days in rs 1300 from Oyo, and 2 nd one for rs 1000 for single day ,room was good everything was good ,restaurant was also affordable and good at rs 120 for veg thaali,didn't charged extra money for the first room but asked for extra money for the 2 nd room by manager but on the interference of a young staff member didn't charged money overall nice hotel with nice location easy connectivity from nagpur city bus

Nice experience. Just little far from main highway but place is good. Neat, clean and comfortable. Best part they have their own kitchen and you can order anything. It's cheap and good also. Personal suggestion ... No need to order food from anywhere else ... Just eat here itself. Stayed only for a night but it's worth paying money here.
