One guy will always come to disturb you after every 15 minutes for TV remote or AC remote.
However the rooms were good ,But the receptionist will never take you to the room .they will give you the keys you will have to come upstairs,Even if you ask for a water bottle they will not come to serve it to you .you will have to come down and take it .Very bad hospitality .
I didn't like this hotel. First of all I could not find the hotel when I reached there. After that the property they are showing in the pictures are the pics of a another Oyo just opposite of this hotel. There is no Oyo holding on the property. Rooms in this hotel I felt that not safe. Curtains can't cover the whole window. AC not working properly. Registration was smooth. Owner should look after this matter as soon as possible. I didn't like this Oyo hotel.
Their maintenance of rooms r very poor. A.C., set too box for T.V. wasn't working at all..even after repeated requests no room changes done for us..The washroom didn't have proper window glass, it was all visible from outside. So I personally won't suggest anyone to book this property.
Nice place to stay and price was reasonable as well. The room was big enough...the bathroom was clean and the locality in general is really good. It is within walking distance from Narkel Bagan Bus Stand. Really liked my stay here.
This is real cheap hotel. I booked this hotel and when I reached ,There were no one in the reception. Owner don't care if somebody is waiting outside. Hotels don't work that way. You guys need to behave responsibly. Those who are reading this review, I won't advise you to go to this hotel, or you will suffer. In fact, stay away from OYO booking. Try book hotels on good hotel booking platform like goibibo & Makemytrip. OYO is horrible. Don't fall for cheap prices. It will make your trip pathetic.
Worse than a cheap guest house. Shouldn't pay more than 800rs per night. But Oyo charges almost 1500 for this nonsense place.
Linen is very dirty and cheap quality. Towels looked like it was used and then folded again!

Please dont book this hotel if you are a foreigner, Horrible situation i faced with this hotel's untrained / uneducated reception boys and the property manager (after lot of another horrible experience from west Bengal peoples since i started my all India trip with my husband), I struggled a lot to cancel the booking and find another one. I arrived this hotel by 5 in the evening, they started check in process, i gave my passport, they asking for another ID as a proof and this boy has never seen any foreign passport before, he took scan and told to me and my husband to pose for a live photo as a check in procedure, i was wondering it never happened to me ever (i travelled across 40 countries and all other states in India). I was Really frustrated, He took my photo then he saw my luggage, he said he wanna check, and open my luggage and take a photo of it. There were lot of boys with this manager boy to encourage him to do so, i hesitated to inspecting my luggages by these small boys, immediately the manager boy connected the call to property manager, he said if you don't want us to see your luggage you find some other hotel or call oyo (later when i asked about why they are so unprofessional in hosting their guests like this, all these boys were not done proper education or training or experience before). Later we found another hotel within 2 kms range after dealing with oyo and make my trip customer care, they didn't took our photos or inspected our luggages. We struggled 4 hours on the road in front of this hotel, we cancelled all our plannings for spending our days in kolkata after got lot of bad treat by people where ever i go in West Bengal. We left the city and west Bengal border the next day. Thank you oyo kolkata rooms.
one of the worst oyo ever visited, when we reached they said they don't have any booking by my name. Then they saw my ID and said that the date and time have passed so they can do anything and not refund anything... when we made it clear that the check out was on 6th they started looking here anywhere... then they said that there is no booking under my name...finally I asked them to show the app on their phone and they instead did a checkout on the app from their end...where I was still waiting in the reception
