OYO 10599 Hotel R Inn Residency - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Not capable for even 1 star. I took this hotel in emergency. They charged me 1500 per night(Non AC). No single facility. Even bed, cupboard, table, tv remote, toilet, taps everything was broken. My room door lock was also broken. They will not even offer you glass of water. Worst experience ever I had in my whole life. Note request : If you are in hurry, please go to the Doormetries just in 200 rs. But don't choose this kind of hotels.

Very bad hotel to stay ... their behavior and staff management is even worst they will charge for the deluxe room 1700 and the let you stay in an even worst then a normal room .. people be alert don't book at this hotel.. you will regret it.. you will find hotel at same price in better condition... even in our booking they said complimentary breakfast is available but when we opt for it they said tea is not included.. which breakfast doesn't have tea ?? Very very poor hotel..

The staff here are excellent and very well behaved. They helped us in every possible way whenever we needed them. The rooms are quiet adequate for a family of thee and are value for money. I have booked the rooms without using Oyo since my previous oyo experience was pathetic, and i suggest booking the hotel in person. The rooms are regularly cleaned and overall i recommend this hotel to everone who visits hyderabad, especially those who are here for medical appointments in LV prasad eye institute since it is just a mere walk of 10-15 mins from here.

I booked a room through paytm via cleartrip with a discounted price as this hotel sells on higher rate. Hotel price is 1000.00. I got it at 720.00 through paytm. But, hotel service is not good. Rooms are so dirty. Not worth for money. Staffs are not cooperative. I do not suggest any customer to come this place. I told to staff to clean the room, but no one responded. While I was taking my bath, i was washing my body, suddenly i found there was no water. With half naked with towel with wet body, i came near to reception and told there was no water, they told to wait for 15 minutes. Waited for half an hour, but nothing has happened. I wiped my body with towel. Around after 45 minutes water was there. It's not about money. It's about service and hygiene. Not worth for one star. When you come through lift you find spitted everywhere. I will share photos soon. Thank you.

The worst management ever! I booked this hotel for the first time in Oyo by doing the debit card payment. When I reached the place the people said there is no oyo facility out there and all my money was in waste. If there was no facility then I don't think this hotel should be mentioned in the list of Oyo.....moreover the hostel manager is dude when I asked his help for refund! So I suggest never to come in this place nor book Oyo hotels without having proper knowledge about the place.....just a zero I will rate it!!

That one star also they dont deserve. I bookeda room online and for the early check in i called a day prior and enquired. I was told by a guy in reception that yes room will be ready but have to pay 200 extra. I reached the hotel early morning and the guy in reception was so arrogant didnt even get up from bed and he was arguing saying who will give u room room. Go back and come later. These guys doesnt have manners at all. I travelled and first thing in mrng a person responds like that is so pissing off. Its understandable if there is no room but the guy in recpetion told me there will be. Do they know the meaning of hospitality?? still try to earn money with the hotels..

Haven't seen a more pathetic hotel than this. Hard Bed like stone. Bedsheets are very dirty. They don't give any complimentary bottle water. They charge for water, if you will ask them about regular water also their service boy will give you excuses, to avoid their work. Now the main interesting part. THEIR HOUSEKEEPING GUYS STEALS YOUR ITEM. I kept something in my table before going to work. A seal packed box, after returning to room I just realised that they opened that box and taken something from that box. Not at all recommended. If you are not getting reservations in any hotels in Hyderabad, don't come, postpone your schedule but do not book a room in this hotel. Unfortunately I have booked and I am suffering.

Everytime hot water in summer so unable to bath , if there is powercut then is no alternate arrangement for classic rooms and the manager is very clever<br/> He will take your mobile during check out by saying a pin has appeared on your mobile and rate your stay at his hotel 5 star himself. So be careful. Never go for this hotel. Worst gesture from this OYO hotel. Also no action taken by OYO against the manager for doing such coward thing, afraid of getting 1 star. Nothing good about this hotel.
