This property was probably the worst that I had been to. Please don't even think of booking this OYO. The rooms are like haunted house, super dirty and scary. The room service was extremely poor. They don't even bother to clean the room willingly. The quality of waster was also poor. Basically, I had to regret after looking at the actual condition of the OYO-Silver Inn Guest House. Overall, please don't book this hotel.
Many things to improve Faulty ac. Hotel infrastructure is not up to the mark. Though the stuffs are well behaved. They dont have any in house kitchen. But they do have a local restaurant which serves quality food at your doorsteps. I don't sure wheather they allow swiggy, zomato or ubereats. DTH connection of the TV was not there. After several requests, they fail to connect it. The room lacks proper light. At the end of my stay, the AC starts to malfunction. Stuff behaving good. Other than this rests are bit average. Not good
The hotel was overall a nice property. Located inside the main road so if you're coming through cab you have to leave the cab at around 200-300 metres before hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was okay at the price. Overall a nice experience.
When I went today on check in time. The receptionist gave me a room of another guesthouse and it was 500mtr far from this guest house. It is not the first time for me. I think that goibibo should work on it .my personal experience of total management system was very bad.
Silver inn guest is amazing place to stay when you are travelling. I stayed there and felt like my own home. The staff was very polite and they are very helpful. The room service was excellent . Rooms were amazing in this inn and it felts like my own room. I really enjoyed staying there and will give five star to this inn
If you stay, for more than 2 days, the staff keeps asking for how many days will you be here, they have 3 different properties, apartments have been converted to hotels. Bed breakfast is purchased from outside, and is served at 10 or 1030 am, intercom doesnt work. No one will come for maintenance.
Don't book this hotel. I wait 4 hours for check in. They sift in new silver inn hotel, but after waiting somte time, harrassment me.Then return to silver inn guest house and give a room for which is already have another guest, their bag have their.. They are outside for any purpose, for 1 hour I stay, feel very uncomfortable. after 4.30 pm I get a new room.
Good experience quality food and in good location. Good ambience and i like the service they provide. Overall quality time i spent there in my room
