OYO 10525 Varcity Abra Madiwala - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

The room was good but there was some things which I didn't like:- 1. The plate which they gave where not clean. Ants where there in the plate and the drinking water which they give are not sealed bottles, so I can't say if the water is clean or not. 2. It was very hard for me to get the taxi near the hotel since the hotel was inside a locality. If u know the place very well then u can explain the location to the drivers. Rest things were good. The room was clean. AC and other things like light, fan, TV where all working. And the staffs where also good.

Rooms are too small for two people to fit in. Just a bed and small place to walk. Television is not always subscribed. Water provided is not sealed. Complimentary breakfast is one of the worst people eat in any of their hotel visits. No space for talks or walks. Yet appreciate quick reception.

1st star for the price at which Oyo offered the room. 2nd star is for location and room . Neat and clean. Drawbacks. The breakfast was horrible . For the first time in my life I had idly without chutney.second day was 2 cold poori with sabzi. This is served to all customers at the same time by the hotel staff. Water is kept I used water bottles. Overall can't complaint much because I was paying just 600per day. The least the hotel could do is inform that the breakfast is limited to thing they serve.

Sucks! Totally sucks! They dont do laundry properly! They dont clean rooms regularly! The bedsheets and pillow covers are not replaced when requested. Also WIFI is given in 250 mb packs and has to be replenished by the reception on a daily basis. They give water in used water-bottles and act as if they are doing some huge favour.

Not satisfied with the quality of the service they provided during my stay at their place I booked the hotel for 3 days and while booking I was informed that the breakfast will be provided at 08:00 AM but too my surprise when I called them for breakfast in morning they told that it will be given at 08:30 AM . I don't know why the hell they informed me through SMS if they can't maintain the timings. Even after showing the SMS they denied accepting their mistake. My room geyser was Eight wonder, I need to switch it on at night for getting the hot water in the morning. So sometimes I need to bath with cold water

The room was good for the rate.. the set up box for tv was not working. But they changed the room for me. I stayed for 2 days. They didn't come for room service. The place is very convenient for official purpose. Hardly 200m from main road.

Room was clean and cozy for a single night stay. Had to ask for drinking water, toiletries and extra towels and were provided promptly. There was no parking area. Had to park on the road side. The inner street route suggested from google maps was too congested. Took about 45 mins to move 1 km.

I was expecting Oyo rooms are the best room service in South India, but this hotel is horrible and staff behavior is worst, listed the below worst experience in the hotel even though I have paid more amount than usual, i.e 1165 RS, also I have check-in at 7.30 pm evening. 1. bed size was small and my foot was in the air all the time, not able to sleep properly. 2. not able lock the door properly, it was very tight, so it was uncomfortable situation. 3. breakfast was horrible, they have given 2 baby poories for breakfast, it's not sufficient and also the sambar and poori given was cold not able to eat. 4. room telephone was not working. 5. staff behaved very rude manner, saying that you can give whatever feedback I will not care and also not answer properly
