OYO 10523 Spandana Residency - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

If you came for official visit for tvs it's a good catch affordable price 800 for ac room per day but rooms were nice but room service not good and food opitions are very less

I was staying for 3 days in this hotel. AC was not at all get cooling. It was very terrible to sleep at night. I inform in the first day itself that I can't sleep last night . But they are not at all hearing. Just on the fan and went. They not Change the room for us. Other than food ordering and other issues they short out. If u like to stay in the hot place. You can come and stay here. Horrible hot stay hotel

I would suggest not to stay here, complete and utter waste. Booked and paid via oyo app, but I was told that they wont acceot online payment and i need to oay at the hotel. First time i was told like that. And they asked for more than what i have already paid. I was traveling and had to stay there just cz i had no other choice. And it was early morning onlu that i realized that they didn't even provided me with a towel.

Please don't choose this,,, we can't reach the hotel by bus... We have to take a auto for again 4 km... That took 120rs just for 4km, reception is worst, I asked for the cold tablets they were telling like we have to go to attibele and get... If possible we will go,, they are not providing hot water, just no hotels near by to take food.. And we ordered food for lunch and we are waiting for 3hours and finally we called reception for order... They were telling like Sir we are sorry now we will prepare... Just don't go there my worst experience...

Aweful experience. Dirty bedsheets and AC is spilling out water. Car parking facility is available but the management said they have no responsibility. Not suitable for couples I think. Although one of the management guy said that 'They are new management and will take care of all this in 2 weeks'.

The hotel is nice if you consider the rate.but water is quite hard.but its the same in most parts of tamil nadu. If you are trying to book this hotel for the industrial visit offered by EDU 2020.LISTEN!!! Edu 2020 is just a trap.you wont get to visit the industry full day.they show you nothing.only a small part of the company will be show.its just a way to make money. The thing is that oyo partners with EDU 2020 so its a partnership .so you lose money in all ways. Taxi cabs here are very costly around 300 for hosur.there is no uber service.but ola is sometimes available in hosur. Another thing to be noted is that this hotel is in Karnataka border but tvs plant and hosur railway station lies in tamil nadu. This poses a problem.you cant call autos since they dont have permit to cross the borders so you will have to call a cab which costs more. You can cross the border and enter Tamilnadu and call auto for hosur.remember the hotel is 1km away from tamil nadu. The hotel is secluded meaning you dont have any shops nearby for atleast 5 km radius. If you consider cab fare this hotel is a total loss. But food here is nice. ALSO REMEMBER THIS HOTEL IS A BAR HOTEL.

Good place..... Good room facility.... But after 12 am they close the main entrance.... Not allowing to go out side.... You get liquor easily.... Shop is attached to this hotel...

Good for bachelors and drinkers, hotel have attached resturant and pub. No hot water in hotel. Restaurant's food was ok. Not a best option for families and couples because of bar within restaurant. Room qualities were good.
