OYO 10501 Hotel Amber - Hotel in Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

This hotel was a great choice for us. The rooms were attractive, spacious, clean, and comfortable. When we were assigned a room right next to the elevator, I was worried that it would be noisy, but we never once heard any noise from the elevator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a concierge on duty from 7 am until 11 pm. The hotel's location was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

One of the worst experiences. Never visit this hotel or this location. 1. Unswept and uncleaned room, with dirt all around 2. Washroom is dirty and not hygienic. There is dust everywhere and nothing has been maintained. 3. Used linens and towels have not been removed from the room 4. The walls are damp 5. The person at the reception is rude, and doesn't know how to behave, though the room boy was helpful. NEVER VISIT

This hotel is situated at very polluted area. You will feel suffocated at night hour. Me, wife and daughter booked a double ac room for three through oyo which includes breakfast. But they serve 2 tea and 2 slice of bread for two only. On complaining they denied to provide. Rooms are too dirty. No silance on night hour. Counter attendant do not care for guest and talk very loudly on mobile during night sleeping hour. A big no for second time. A very bad experience.

We had taken 2 rooms. Giving 4 stars as one of the room was dingy and musty. Although, a Good Hotel to stay at affordable price. Good Location, Rooms were clean. But, In Second room, the cleanliness of washrooms was not maintained. There was some problem with the drainage, because of which the water clogged everytime and the whole room used to stink . Washroom fittings were not good. Staffs are friendly. Nearby restaurants available.

Worst experience of my life.. Everything was more than worst. Starting from the behaviour of the staffs, they were rude. Even they were keep saying, "Koi baat nhi" And was ignoring us instead of listening to our complaints. Room was dirty, washroom was so unhygienic. Flush knob was broken. Shower was not working. Bedsheets and blanket was dirty. TV is just for show off. Floor was dirty too. There was a dirty shock in the almirah and when I asked the room service to remove it, he just put it in the drawer of that almirah. Breakfast was so bad and the water bottle they gave us was just used one's filled with the water.

Locality was not good at all, staff was asking for mobile for giving rating themselves in the app. Never give them the mobile if they ask for seeing the booking during check out. It is better to visit a hotel that is 4 to 5 kms away from the railway station radius. The glasses provided were not washed. Used towel was provided that was wet. Room was smelly and damp. Bathroom my god never seen such a bathroom attached to an AC room. No restaurant in the hotel so never ever order room service.

I think you can tell by most of the reviews that the Hotel Amber is exceptional - having just returned from a 7 night stay i can confirm that it fully deserves its excellent ratings and review. From the moment we stepped out of the limo to the moment we checked out, the staff were fantastic, the location is fantastic and the room was also fantastic. Couple of practical points to help - it's located a few minutes to pushp industrial park. To give you an idea of the area, you won't go far wrong with this gem, my wife and i will certainly return. Enjoy.

I travel a lot for business and pleasure. I booked The Hotel Amber not knowing much but wow, what a great stay! You know it's great service from the minute you step out of the taxi. All the staff is amazing.........especially at the reception. Rooms are big, huge nice towels! And the location with the outdoor patio restaurant is incredible.
