Fake price and charges mentioned by Oyo. Absolutely rude staff. They charge an exact double of what Oyo quotes in pricing. They'll cancel your Oyo Booking saying they'll return money if any advance is given to Oyo and wont inform you about check-out timings. Dirty toilets and bedsheets. Cockroaches crawling around the room.
Booked throught OYO, The hotel guys checked in without me, and dint allow access,, So they will get the Room Price from OYO without letting the room out..While OYO customer service is useless to resolve any issues Basically fooling OYO customers... ( Because OYO is listing their property at peanut prices) Out of the last 3-4 times I've booked through OYO, this has been a common practice.. It's a scam! They asking for way more money than it tells online. Not telling about check out time and then asking for extra money. Normal conversation is not possible - guy at reception is only screaming and not letting one talk. Totally rude!!
Total scam, cancelled online booking and requested more money, told us to check out by 6am because that is when we reached, would not keep our luggage safe after check out unless we pay, did not give us enough rooms etc...
