OYO 10379 Hotel Varcity Sapphire - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

The rooms are really great. Coming to the facilities part they are good when compared with the charge. But facilities given in a hotel or lodge are not that good. U just get a good room with great comfort. Even entertainment facilities like television and WiFi is also present. Complimentary breakfast offered is not like buffet but the given meal is sufficient and also tastes good. Even the location is perfect as all the major tourist locations are near by and can be easily reached. At the end i m satisfied with the room and the price offered. So I will definitely suggest it to others.

The service was beyond appalling. The reception desk didn't care to provide help. We had to contact OYO for help on the matter for over 3 hours, only to realise that they didn't even check us into the hotel. They charged us beyond what our agreement was on the website. No one helped us with our bags. There was no TV in the room until we called for it. Breakfast was chargeable, something we did not agree upon, and was included in the price we paid when booking online. The toilets stank and were not maintained. Despite our calm demeanor, they were coming at our rooms forcing us to check out before the allotted time (because clearly, someone did not check us in) One the worst hotels, if not the worst, I've ever been to in my life. A word of caution to anyone visiting this place: Don't. They have a feud with OYO and until it's resolved (which looks like never) they will continue to provide dissatisfaction to it's greatest degree!

Even though the room was booked through OYO app they denied me room citing that the price in which i had booked was less than there rate. The reception didn't even have chairs to sit. The staff denied room and asked me to contact customer care. There was no manager and any other responsible person. The location of the hotel is also very bad not good for families. They made me stand for almost 1 hr as OYO customer care was busy, i had to walk for 1.5km to get another hotel as proper transport was not available from the hotel.

Misbehave Owner & Staffs I go to this hotel with my friends and room is not clean and there is some alcohols bottles, We were only 12 hours on the property and cannot provide good service ? Bottles of alcohol in the room. Welcome mineral water, give tap water with the bottle open. The photo of the application and the original location is an area too different, injected and dirty.

I had booked a room for two days 16th-18th March 19. I called the property and got my booking confirmed in the evening and requested for an early check in and I was informed everything is ready and I can come and in the night around 10.30 they are calling me back and they are saying sorry mam check other options we are not available, all the rooms have been booked. I don't find any ethics here. When you guys have committed to providing me a room how can you just deny it in the last minute? Worst Experience ever.

Cheap and best place. Staff were friendly. Those looking for night stay can surely book it. You will feel at home and not like a hotel. Since it's a two start hotel you cannot expect all amenities. I too had the problem of rate differentiation but sorted out with them. It's the OYO Customer Care who are saying not to check in the people even though we book through app it's not a mistake of the hotel since they are under paid by OYO.

Nice hotel with good service. Staff is very friendly and helful. It's comfortable for couple. Only problem is food becuase there is no their own restaurant and quality of food provided by outside is also not good. Otherwise best place to stay.

Budget hotel. Very nice staff. Food was okay. Cleanliness was not so impressive. But the staff was very helpful. You just point out what u want etc. they will make arrangements accordingly.
