OYO 10294 Hotel Sunshine - Hotel in Kota - Kota, India

Good hotel to stay but not extraordinary, if you came over here for 1or 2 days work and just stay and refresh at night this will be good deal. this hotel is little bit inside from the main railway station road so you have to walk out for transportation if are staying over there & if you have lower luggage than you can come by walk from station. auto might charge you more money that will be unreasonable. over all place is good & above the average just washroom area feels like small but it's okay. i am uploading photos during check out time so you may find little untidy and used but please ignor that things in photos. there is lift facelity because the rooms are on third floor. there is no restaurant, but they will provide you breakfast from hotel (additional charge) 9am to 11am.

Wrost experience ever.. I booked a room in this hotel through OYO 25 days before my trip and I got a confirmation for my booking but when I arrived there, they told me that the whole room has been booked without giving me any prior notification. To say so much this meant that there is no rule and regulation in this hotel. It is better to book room at another place ..

Very very bad restaurant, don't trust on this Restaurant...... They give us very very bad abusive language except breakfast......... Hotel manager, told us that the Owner of Oyo "Mr. Hitesh mewani" will not take any action against us just because his parents live at our building on Rent....... Sunshine hotel staff told us that Oyo doesn't help their customers, they just help to the property on the prior basis

worst experience . the staff behaviour is not good . the reception staff vey rude . if owner will read my review then call me i will explain our situation with your staff. i recommend every couple or person do not book room in thia hotel.

The whole staff, from Reception to Attendants, quite non-cooperative, rather non-operative, unwilling to give the deserving and eligible services, though full amount was paid in advance. In fact, so discouraging, these fellows were, I left the room, my son booked on-line for a period upto 29-06-2019, on this very morning. Feeling just sad, my tour energy lost fully by these bundle of unimaginable fellows. Simply be aware of this experience of mine.

Unclean bedsheet, bathroom and dusty rooms. If you order food, they refuse to bring it to your room saying we don't have staff, collect yourself from counter. Inappropriate behaviour.

Worst experience ever i had in my life till now. Staff,they don't have manners. This hotel is never safe for couple nd family.
