A BIG NO FOR THIS PLACE. Worst experience ever. The Manager (chethan) was very rude. For a two day stay they asked us to pay 3 days of payment. When we questioned them he behaved like a local rowdy guy. The room and toilet were not clean and there was no room service. A big window opening without closing in almost every room. They just give the same used towel without laundering if you don't notice. I will not suggest this place to anyone, including boys. If you still wanna give it a try. Be prepared to pay extra while you check out the room. BIG NO for this place.

Excellent place. The room service persons though are not up to the mark. The manager Mr Chethan is an extraordinarily good person; he delivers very high quality customer service. I forgot to take delivery of my clothes from a laundry nearby this hotel before I left Bengaluru. I requested Mr Chethan if he could have them collected and courier them to me. He readily agreed and promptly couriered them to me, spending his own money. I later reimbursed him. I don't think such a service would be available anywhere else. I am simply delighted. This hotel is located in a very good place, you will find all services and goods within 50 meters. One cannot ask for more. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Manager denied checkin mentioning the booking price over oyo is too low. Asked to pay double for non-ac room. When we denied he was too rude, after a while we see that oyo money is charged mentioning we stayed there and guess that's what their business model for oyo app is.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE This hotel is run by a bunch of goons who are drunk and will fight you for the sake of 200 or 300 odd rupees, If you are ordering AC Rooms they ill charge 1500 rupees and show you a non functioning AC Room and make you pay 1500 rupees. Later if you go and complain that AC is not working, they charge you 1200 rupees for a NON AC room, but actual cost for a non AC according to online details is less than 1000 rupees, the bosses who are running the hotel will be completely drunk and will quarrel with you saying, they won't give the money, do what ever you want. I would urge people, both single or families to refrain from buying any rooms from this hotel. It's a safety concern especially dealing with drunkards like this. DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. you have multiple other options near by. Rather than this. OYO has association with such third class people. Which is failing your reputation too. WE HAVE FACED IT TODAY. TOMORROW IT MAY HAPPEN TO YOU.

It's awesome place to get rest with peaceful mind, white mattress makes feels free from Stress..Even good waiters who responds so faster, totally noiseless sleep..

I had the worst experience in this hotel! I had booked the hotel from OYO and went to check in people working there stoped me from checking in and started demanding more money ! The owner/ the managers attitude is very bad and worse he told me to give more money to stay in that hotel or walk away with a high tone and told the workmen to push me away I choose to walk away silently ! People here are always drunk and they say we can't give hotels as per OYO pricing ! Worst experience in my life ! I don't suggest anyone to visit here! Couples don't even think about coming here ! Goons stay here ! Probably these people should be arrested or their hotel license should be cancelled !

Venkatadri Residence is a prime location on BEL Road, Yeshwanthpur. The rooms have been maintained well which are clean and provides great hospitablility. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more helpful, giving me directions to hotel patiently,ensuring safe parking and facilitating late night check-in. The breakfast in the morning was good and fulfilling. Overall experience was awesome, I normally don't praise lightly. I am very pleased with my stay, although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for longer visit in the future. I would like to recommend this hotel to couples and families out there. You won't regret it for sure.

The manager behavior was so bad and asked more money for non ac room and, he's too arrogant, drunk too, by oyo i booked but he said I can't give by the price by shown in oyo... Such a worst behavior , this place not recommend for anyone, especially for family. Oyo cancel their license.
