OYO 10240 Hotel Mayfair 1 - Hotel in Goa, Panaji - North Goa, India

I didn't like the place . The rooms were not clean and AC was not working. The sheets were dirty.. Rooms come with balcony but if you open balcony it look like it wasn't cleaned over years. They charged around 2k per night but the price was not at all worthy for the stay. I didn't like it. Please book this if you don't get any other place.

If my review is reaching you, you are being guided right, everything about the property is bad, you can easily get another better stay under the prices, It is overpriced, no good vibes at all, the owner is also so arrogant, they dont even do house keeping, or cleaning of rooms, Not recommended to anyone especially families , stay safe!!

It's a very bad experience for a non AC they will charge u 1800 in the off season and the Room is too tiny but u can get far better than this place on a cheaper cost It's a bad service experience even if a washroom Jet doesn't work they will ignore your call until checkout

The rooms are clean, with ac and tv. Perfect if you're looking for a reasonable price with no frills The location is amazing, and while there is no room service, there a several excellent eating options around. The staff are reall the best thing about this place: Meena, Ajay, Mahindra, Ramanand, Litu, Kiran and Geeta all made sure I was comfortable at all time.

Stayed in the hotel way back in 2018. its in the centre of the city, gives the feel of old Portuguese structure. Though the rooms are small and breakfast seems to be arranged from outside.

Comfortable stay .Good for family n self. Rooms spacious enough. Cleanliness maintained in whole property which is old Near to all eateries.

Service was poor, Batroom window has no net so mosquitos were easily entering in to the room, TV , Telephone were out of service, hotel was not properly maintain

It is not bad. Just that it is a value hotel so don't expect fringes. Carry your own dental and grooming kit. Toiletries will be provided. Humble breakfast provided. Please check the room thoroughly as in some rooms they have window ACs. Connectivity superb. Humble and polite staff. Carry cash. They did not accept card payment from me.
