OYO 10168 Hotel AVS Sweet Magic - Hotel in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

I've chosen this hotel as it's close to Nizampet Jn and can easily commute to the places I needed to visit during my stay in Vizag. I am giving 1 rating atleast because they've given me a provision to get a room early apart from this all other facilities are worst. Rooms are not clean, Bedsheets not afresh, No proper toiletry, Hot water provider through heater service but not from taps citing reasons for a solar heater. AC water is draining on walls, room walls were not maintained properly and bathroom taps are not working too. Not even a water bottle to guests. Restaurant service was mentioned in site but nothing available in hotel. Iam not suggesting this hotel to anyone as it's not cost worthy.

I stayed in this wonderful hotel yesterday during my visit to the city. The hotel had great connectivity to public transport and to commute there was not a difficult part. People working their are welcoming and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

The place is visible from main road and has good connectivity options both by road and metro (JNTU station) which is just 200m away. Food options are many nearby and morning complimentary breakfast is good too (if booked from OYO). But the rooms have no window and just a small exhaust opening in bathroom which acts as ventilation for the whole room. Sheets were not properly washed with oil stains visible. The staff when told about the same just stated the fact that it is an oil stains and we can't do anything about it. Now comes the interesting part. We booked 3 rooms and all the room had bed bugs in them. We requested change in rooms and still found bed bugs in new rooms too. Disappointing service by both the hotel staff and OYO team. Even water was an issue in the morning as 2 rooms did not get water for bathing purposes and when staff was informed, they sent us two water bottles after a wait if 20min!! What a joke. I seriously suggest not to book room here and OYO should delist this property (unless their standards have slipped and we can expect hotels like these to be the norm in the future).

Very unpleasant stay. I had serious health issues due to bad smelling of rooms. OYO team also did not respond when there was emergency situation raised with them. Security for female personnel is nill. Changed room twice in a day but there was no improvement. Had to checkout immediately. Everything was smelling bad

Nice cozy rooms. The hot water was not available though. Great ambience at the restaurant with good food options..and the bakery on the first floor had to die for sweets. Very good place with lots of nearby places to eat. The room was little small but it had very comfortable bed and a modest almira. Good place to stay.

The service is abysmal. I haven't seen a more apathetic lot in the hospitality sector. Our taps went dry at 6.30 in the morning. Repeated calls to the housekeeping were left unattended, while the reception took no action. When we asked for an extension of stay to get ready for a function we're attending, the staff had the audacity to ask us to rebook on the app. The manager too was apathetic to our requests, and asked us to change the property if we're discontented. This isn't an isolated incident though. We asked the room service to refil our bottles with some drinking water last night, and they just disappeared with the bottles. Luckily, we found them in the common room, and refilled from a water dispenser nearby. The sheets aren't clean, nor is the washroom, and the common areas are better not being in. I'm not kind to nitpick these, if there was something nice to talk about. Unfortunately, there isn't anything. The WiFi is decent, the Pongal in the breakfast buffet too, but they're not worth facing this appalling service.

Food is good. We ordered chicken tikka and my its was yummy... The hotel rooms are a little small...but room is clean and nice. Good if two people want to stay.. also the bathroom is very small.. u have to adjust urself in their.. Both hot and cold water is available in the bathroom all the time. The staff is nice. Room service is also available.. though they are little slow.. Very near to the metro station and easily commutable. Lift is also available . They have thr own party hall. I like it personally.. and had a great time with my friend's. We went to attend a marriage.. it is very near to the bramharambha marraige hall... Good hotel are reasonable price.

Room is small in size but cosy. Bathroom could have been better. Hot water is not that hot and have to wait for long to get warm water flowing.
