SCAMMERS Be ware of dogs (they keep 2 threating unleashed dogs in the premise) Please take action against this organisation, no service at all, they take money upfront, overcharge you if you look new to the area. The mattress, pillow case the blanket everything was disgustingly dirty and used, even after calling several times to change it, they ignored the call. The staff drank cigarate and bidi right outside your room all night listening to loud music. They give unsealed water bottles with tap water inside.

Worst service. They will talk to you very sweet in the beginning but they will not provide any service. They don't change bedsheets on time. No housekeeping. I have told them many times regarding issues my room keys. No one bothered to rectify before it becomes a issue. I have left waiting at the lobby for hours to open the door. Poor service.

Avoid this so called hotel. On arrival we got to see the receptionist sleeping on the floor, so how we tried to wake him up for our booking through Oyo but he said no rooms available and ask us to speak with Oyo, just by saying that he again went for sleeping on the floor. There was no one in the reception to guide you, even after paying the full amount tariff, how can a hotel cancels our booking ? I really don't know how come this kind of hotels comes under OYO, O Collection? Oyo should stop their service in India orelse Oyo should strick out these kind of hotels from their list. The owner is reinuing his life by appointing these kind of employees.

I I have booked 1room online for 450rupees but after i reaching hotel they have asked 850 rupees extra.. food also tasteless.

Nice rooms and food rate and quality is reasonable co-operative staff you get very nice view from rooms Rooms are Well organised have to visit again n again It's situated in new Town walkable distance. From Axis Mall so if evening you have free time you can able to visit here central mall is also nearby Axis Mall but some how far for walk In Newton area silent colonies clean green and wide road such a nice contrast two faces of Kolkata

It's good but can get better deals @ this rate......lies near axis mall,food is available,atm is near by, medical shop is far u have to cross onto either side of axis mall.. Staff's behave weirdly,food is good and cheaper than rest of the restaurant on swiggy or zomatto...manager is cool

Hotel has been found to be good with well behaved staff. However, there are some points which are to be addressed viz provision of Cloth Hanger & Exhost in the Wash Room and Mat inside the room.
