OYO 10072 Hotel Amrit Regency - Hotel in Dehradun, Sewla Khurd - Dehradun, India

It was an excellent hotel , but now it is a hostel for graphic era University they bought it and it is no more a hotel .

Very bad experience. Didn't even had basic necessities available such as Flush or Jet in the washrooms. The ceiling was leaking. They even overcharged for water bottles. They mentioned geyser in their advertisement but didn't have one in their rooms. Won't recommend at all.

Very very poor maintenance of hotel and taking big price. AC was not working, telephone was not working, no dustbin in the room, tap in bathroom didn't close completely throwing out water 24*7. Then further poor and dirty almirah, very dirty classes and jug as if room was closed for years. Didn't like the place. Only the staff was humble. To add on..Very very costly food. We had breakfast of 500rs that included 1 paratha, one bowl of curd, and a bread omlette. Even they are giving bislery at more than mrp which was really disgusting. We regret our stay there and suggest you to search a better option.

Poor service, unprofessional staff and not upto the mark. No buffet breakfast facility. Manager at reception is also very rude. Not even pure drinking water is available. Everytime they ask u to buy Bisleri bottle or u can choose to drink normal water but they don't have any RO water purification system, just simple water cooler. The staff just makes false claim for RO water facility. Don't drink hotel water, it will make u sick. Avoid staying here unless u don't have any option.

Rooms are little bit stinky and are not well maintained. Bed sheets are not well cleaned. They have much space and tt table which is of no use. What else they can give in 1.5k. but atleast they can work on maintaining they hotel a bit more.

I booked this hotel via make my trip. You can book it via other applications. This hotel is located at walkable distance from isbt dehradun which is best for tourists visiting this city. This is affordable hotel where you can a room for 750-1000 per night. Room are big in size and bathroom is also good. Geysers are not installed in bathroom. Maintainice is average for rooms but room service is good. Restaurant food is bad. Their food smells bad. You can go for tea anytime. You can park your vehicle here. Overall it's good for tourist in average 800 per night and don't go for lunch at their restaurant.

I had been stay here for one day. Here rooms are average not too much luxury/Good as compare to other OYO rooms. Best thing about this regency is this is on highway and near to local/State transport stop, so you can get all type transport here to travel local as well as outside the state. The restaurant food is average. Staff will not give you quick response. They made one small park for children in front space. Park is has with slides and hanging-stage.

Hotel Location was good. It is on walking distance from ISBT. Room was Spacious, neat & clean.Food quality was good. They don't serve parantha as breakfast, instead of it you'll get Poha & Cutlets.
