i had booked this oyo for 2 nights.There staff was very cordial, polite and helpful. The staff at the reception were full of warmth, and the housekeeping and the security, all were very cooperative. Rooms were clean. Washrooms were damn clean. Overall, i appreciate my stay was very comfortable and secure.

Being a woman, I need to think of so many things while booking a hotel online. So, i had booked this oyo for 3 nights. It's certainly one of the best guest houses built at one of the prime locations. The staff was very cordial, polite and helpful. The staff at the reception were full of warmth, and the housekeeping and the security, all were very cooperative. Rooms were clean. Washrooms were damn clean. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and secure. I would recommend this guest house to travellers who want a peaceful sojourn at Kolkata. Just one suggestion, breakfast options may be improved. Best wishes.
Excellent restroom and its fittings! Very neat n tidy! Decent space in the room. Well equiped and standards! Service is good too. An akward location. Even to reach the rooms, you gotta go through narrow spaces with customers from the shop gazing at you!
A good hotel to stay with family.staffs are good to handle customers bathroom is neat and clean, accommodation is fine.outside roads are narrow to pass car easily.parking facility is not available, wheel chair accessible entrance is seen.Howrah and Sealdah both can be reached within thirty minutes. During rush hour traffic jam could have been faced.area is crowded , multiple market is surrounding the area so peaceful people may feel disturbed.overall staying here is an enjoyment.
Rooms were good, spacious and clean. Food is good although it take its time, so order at least 30 mins. before. Everything one needs is nearby wether its restaurants or shopping places. staff is polite and gives you a comfortable and peaceful stay. The only con is you have to ask them to change lenin and towels (only matters if you wish to stay for more than a day). otherwise a must recommended place to stay specially for couples.
The hotel lacks in providing the basic services. While doing buisness in Kolkata, they should atleast provide bengali cuisine to their customers. OYO should not incorporate such poor functioning hotels in their buisness. This hotel is hugely overpriced and far from budget-friendly. My previous review got removed somehow. I am attaching a image showing the facility to charge the mobile phone in the room.
I have been to this hotel more than 10 times.. I'm a frequent visitor to Kolkata on business trips and I opt this hotel for my stay. This hotel is extremely clean, friendly staff, reasonable prices, nice location and safe for women traveller.. rooms are neatly furnished
