Very bad experience. When I reached the room the kettle and the coffee/tea pouches had a lot of black ants. The staff removed it but did nothing to send another one. The TV was not working. We called the staff to correct it but it didn't work and the TV was just not working during the whole stay. The AC was very poor. No cooling at all. Warm water had no adjustment for temperature regulation. The water was so hot that ultimately used cold shower. There is no parking facility. Parked the car outside on the road.Would not recommend.

Very poor hospitality & bad management.I booked one room on Dy 13/122022 for one day for double accupancy on my cellphone & the fellow named Sharad confirmed my booking.Actually when my guests arrive at hotel the person in charge @11:15 p.m didn't allow my guest saying there is no such booking done.Very bad & worst experience and inconvenience to my guests.Never book this property on phone

Hi, I had heard very good reviews about Treebo in Bombay, and booked it over other hotels simply due to the advertising that claimed it was clean. When we reached, they created a scene about how we had booked one room for one person only, and it was me n my husband who were standing there. After 20-25 mins of drama and rude behaviour, they finally told us that we would have to pay 400 bucks per night extra. Which was fine. They could have politely communicated the same 25 mins ago. Then we reached the room. It was average. Not very clean..not dirty. Just livable. The electric kettle that was meant to make coffee/tea smelt of dead fish and there were things floating inside with stale rotten water in it. When I asked at the reception to change it, they just laughed and gave me a slightly cleaner kettle. Next morning breakfast consisted of very dry cold idli, chutney, sambar n bananas. The coffee took 45 mins to arrive. Overall stay was okay.. could have been much better. Very very budget hotel setup with average service.

We stayed here for two nights 11/3 - 11/4. While I was not expecting much, this place let us down on multiple levels. The sheets were not clean, they appeared to have been slept in. The towels had a smell of cigarette smoke, service is pretty slow, I had to call multiple times to get some service. Worst of all the room was not done the next day when we came back at night. Bed undone, dirty towels lying around and the only response I get was 'Oh'. They did send fresh towels but the overall experience was horrible. Only positive I have is that the food they served was tasty.

Arrogant behaviour by manager. He does not know how to talk with customers. They doesn't accept booking done through OYO app. If couples want to stay then the manager asks for the following things 1. marriage certificate issued by respective State government. 2. surname of husband & wife should be same in Aadhaar card & pan card. They are charging 2000 to 2300 for one day stay. For the above price they doesn't offer hot water, drinking water bottle, breakfast. So better to avoid the hotel.

It was a good hotel earlier but now quite deteorated in service. I was greeted with wood flakes chewed by mouse as soon as I entered the room. The toilet hand shower was leaking. AC and fan combination made lot of noise but failed to cool down room. View is not good from room.

Very neat and clean premises. Corporate events can be done at affordable prices. Your stay will be great in any room coz it much bigger in sizes. Affordable cost. Service at ypur door 24hrs.

Rooms are gud and worth the amount we paid. The service is not that gud. They never cleaned the room in all the three days we stayed. Nor they changed the bed linen or the towels for bathroom. There were no hot water supply after 10pm on the second day and after repeated requests we got it. The parking space is very less and the security asked us to park the vehicle on the road side during day time and only in night the parking was open for us. Third day as we were ready for sight seeing, we found some other vehicle randomly parked inside the parking area where we kept the car in the night and was blocking our vehicle. We called the security and he responded in a blunt manner and it took around 45 mins to get the guy who has parked the car, and open the way for us. Otherwise it is a very convenient location. In the city next to the kranthi chowk. A restaurant is in the 3rd floor from where we used to have complimentary breakfast. Fud was gud. But less varieties. Bread and butter was common, one day we got dili and other day we got upma. Ac was making a lot of noise too
