The gym is not good for beginner! The trainer doesn't pay attention towards the beginners ! He always remains busy with his phone. I don't recommend this place at all !

Gym equipments are not maintain properly even after telling repeatedly. Basic machines are missing and They'll not turn on the AC just for saving electricity, so if you think it is AC gym you're wrong. Most Importantly the Trainer in this gym is unprofessional they'll not show you any exercises properly. Wort gym I've experienced till now.

Very bad.. the trainer is just a greedy person .. in one day of demo he ask money like he never saw money and i think trainer is not qualified enough to give training and don't have manners to talk.. worst gym.. don't waste your money here !!
Trainers are very friendly ,knowledgeable, cooperative and flexiable .There is no show off kind of thing that we experience in branded gyms.If you want to learn good excercise with proper guidance and attention, u can go for it.
