Hello sir/madam. My husband was treated here for heart blocks. The treatment were excellent. All the doctors were very friendly and approachable. Thank you for taking good care of him. The diet food given by the hospital was too good. Only suggestion to the dietary department is please get the food on time. Otherwise you were fantastic. I also want to mention few problems that we faced during the treatment. It is only a suggestion so that other patients don't face these problems. 1. I saw the nurses who gives the injections are having nails . They check these things in school itself. I don't know why it was not noticed by the hospital management. 2. The TV and the heater was giving problems now and then. When we told the nurse about this she said please tell chief sir when he comes for rounds. My husband asked her is he the one taking care of this? She said if we say the maintenance people will not do it. So you tell sir about this. I'm seeing a nurse with this kind of attitude for the first time. Obviously we don't want to talk about this to the doctor. So we told a house keeping lady about the problem, She immediately brought the person and made it alright. Kudos to her!!! 3. It will be more helpful if we get our bill update everyday. 4. As my husband had continuous nose and ear block an ENT doctor came and saw him and prescribed few medicines. But that was given to us after 2 days. Only after I asked the nurse she says we don't have that medicine our pharmacist will arrange and give today. He continued to suffer for those 2 days. 5. Once they forgot to inform about the treatment timing as it got changed. Last minute the nurse came and said that he has to go for the treatment. When we asked, the nurse was blaming the reception person and the driver was shouting at the sister to send the patients. There was so much chaos. After all this the treatment started late only. My husband got so irritated that day. 6. Kindly improve the parking space. We faced a lot of issues because of that. We asked few of our relatives not to come to visit him. This might look simple to you as you are dealing with patients daily. But for us it is new. So you should also understand how it would be for the patient. The patient has to be relaxed when he /she is taking the treatment right? If there are some or the other problem daily it affects them and also us. Hope you understand and try to make changes. Thank you and please don't mind me telling about the problems. It is only for the patients who comes to your hospital. You have such good doctors and treatments. We want more patients to get benefit from these treatments.

I went to this hospital for fever, Doctor saw me and they said that I have 101 temperature and asked me to put paracetamol injection and also few tests. One girl came to take my blood for tests was in her night dress. When I asked the sister who she is they said she is the lab technician. She stays in the hostel so for emergency she came in the night to do the tests. If you don't have the facilities 24*7 then don't expect the patient to come anytime to your hospital. Can this happen in Apollo/MGM? Definitely no! we don't want to go to such corporate hospitals for a fever.

Hi my name is Mathivanan. I visited this hospital few days back. My Dad had some heart problem so i took him there after going to so many hospitals. Our bad luck the chief doctor was not available when we went. So they took us to another senior doctor. He was explaining about the treatment. Lot of people were coming and going so it was very disturbing. A lady doctor who was sitting next to him was too loud and she was calling a nurse as PISASU. This seemed so unprofessional. Even in a small clinic they don't use such words in front of the patients. At one point we could not follow what the doctor was saying. We did not get a good feeling overall so we left. I was trying to call them to raise a complaint about this issue and also I wanted to talk to them regarding a medicine but nobody responded. I have one request to the hospital- please ask your staffs to maintain professionalism. This is very basic.

I took my aunt to see the doctor as she had heart blocks. The moment v saw this she hesitated to get into d hospital. She said that she do not want to get treated here. Is this how you maintain the surroundings of your hospital? People can get diseases from this itself. Dengue cases are more now. You ppl want us to consult the doctor, catch infection and get admitted in your hospital itself? Please address this issue. Patients are trusting you and coming.

Good and clean environment. Have limited parking infront. Good doctors and staff to assist all patients. Have assistance on diet and physical activity planning for the patients. All tests are available now in-house. So easy for quick checks and consultation

We came to this hospital for cancer treatment they provide treatment like (HBOT/Hyperthermia) which is not related for the cancer and spent some lakhs for this useless treatment. Pls don't prefer this hospital for cancer treatments. I don't know how they treat for heart problems. They give importance for money. Please don't prefer this hospital for cancer treatments.

Very good hospital with excellent treatment and hospitality service I really appreciate Mr. Dr. Ayaz akbar and team this is the first hospital that I have seen very clean and very Higinic I feel like I'm in abroad hospital doctors treatment is excellent and I like the polite ness of nursess and rooms are well equipped and centralised treatment process is excellent this hospital is well equipped with all advance facility and advance treatment process thank you Team Oxymed
