I wasn't sure how much this yoga studio would be able to help me with all the problems and discomforts I was having with my body and mind. But to my amazement, I already noticed a change for the better towards the end of the first month itself. My morning routine of asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation followed by Master's daily brief Motivational message leaves me feeling incredibly refreshed throughout the day. Great discipline has been produced as a result of the teacher's insistence on regular attendance in class. The most significant hour of my daily life. Thanks a lot Chandrasekaran sir !

A place where we can find ourselves. No one can't teach yoga, pranayama and meditation in combined form like sir. Since I started attending the class my BP has normalised and my hemoglobin counts has increased. At the end of every session he clarifies our doubts and gives a speech which is an eye-opener. There is no doubt that this yoga class has changed my way of solving problems.Saying thank you to him in mere words is too little.

Really very much happy to joined this class. Yoga made my body healthy masters advice and informative speech made my mind healthy. 1st 10mins warmup last 10mins informative speach in between 1hr yoga. He also taking online class too. Very usefull.
