Parking space not available... bad service. Stock is limited. Attitude of staff not good... Received defective product(mobile phone). Had to visit multiple times to get the phone replaced. The new product received as replacement was also defective. Again had to return it for another replacement. Wasted an entire month, effort and money

I gave my laptop for service at this showroom & after service my laptop is not working properly. I only had an issue with my letter "O" & requested them to correct it but now only few letters are working properly, most of the letters & digits are not working & it's hard to work with my laptop now. I have to replace my keyboard now to work properly. Also my audio is also not working properly. Please don't do this to anyone, this is so cruel. I gave my laptop for service for going to abroad for higher studies & now my laptop is useless after their service.
Was unable to visit the outlet. Everything happened through phone communication with Mr Mithun ,who is very knowledgeable on each product and handled professionally. Very good and prompt service. Very satisfied with after one week use (AC). There product delivery is on time ,excellent way of approach Highly recommended.....
