Oxygen Resorts, Alleppey - Resort hotel in Alappuzha - Alappuzha, India

The place is decent enough to stay. Good location. Spacious and clean rooms. Staff are very polite.. special thanks to Anita (at the reception) who was so sweet to us and heeded to all our requests. Overall, we had a good time at the resort. If the management can look into maintaining the resort even better than it is now, it would be the best place anyone would want to stay.

Location is nearby bus station. walkable distance from bus station, but there was a river in front of the hotel is terrible plenty of mosquito and bad smell .

Stayed two nights in the resort. Here are my inputs : The rooms were quite large and somewhat clean. However the shower curtains inside the toilet, the pillow covers, the blanket, bath tubs were old and does need proper maintenance and cleaning. The shower taps in the toilets were hard to operate, probably just need some maintenance. The tiles inside the swimming pool are cracked at multiple places and temporary covered with rubber mats ! Even the kids pool area had cracked tiles and it cut the foot of my brother in laws kid, causing blood lose!! We had to wait almost 10 mins to get an first aid kid from the staff. The staffs attitude were as if it's nothing. The swimming pool is complete unsafe for kids as well as adults at this condition. Talking about staffs, they weren't quiet enthusiastic as well. We asked for extra bed in the evening around 4 PM and after multiple calling it was given to us at 10 PM. No sorries nor explanation on why it was delayed. Buffet was made mostly to satisfy North Indian customers. Food what we ate at a local toddy shop tasted much better. The gym room looked like a haunted place. Positives are large rooms, good looking restaurant, lifts were working (but need maintenance as well), close to Allepey port, good wifi. Overall disappointed with the food and service. I wouldn't recommend it to any one until the issues especially with the pool is fixed. I hope the resort management sit and work on their maintenance plan to ensure the pool is safe for use, replace the linens and work on tasty food menus

My office team and I went there. It was obvious to me that the resort was run with a great deal of care and attention to detail. The staff members were very knowledgeable and eager to help us with any questions or concerns that we had. The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Additionally, the facilities at the resort were top-notch, offering plenty of amenities for guests to enjoy.

We are staying in this resort from past 3 days.The staffs working in oxygen resorts are so flexible to customers. Their services are always very good. Totally satisfied.The services and foods in the restaurant are always very good. The only drawback to mention is to keep the swimming pool much more cleaned.

The hotel has a great location, however is very basic in terms of quality. The room toilet seat was broken, there was a large cockroach in the bathtub. An insect was found in the bed. Dont expect a true 4 star hotel, it is more like 2 or 3 star at best. There was no room service during our 2 night stay. However staff were polite and friendly.

Couple of issue was there on our first day at the resort. Thanks to receptionist and the management for sorting out the issue quickly. Special thanks to the staff ANITTA for her hospitality and she treated us as her family. Restaurant and the food are awesome. Once again thanks for the hospitality of the entire staffs of the resort.

Horrible. Less lights give you a sense of a haunted property. Bathrooms were equally bad. Restaurant is good. But hell lot of mosquitoes everywhere. Room size:- big enough. Market accessible. But overall not a great experience for the price to be paid. Highly overpriced.
