I love the clinic, But many people depend the Google map, end up the back side of your clinic where the road ends. Kindly relocate the Google map pin just near to your gate instead of very back side of your clinic . So Google won't misguide and it will ease the customers,

Staffs making call hold for more times..Very bad Staffs at all. If they want to hold, they can inform the reason for that. Worst staffs ever in Reception. But the Doctor Lasitha is the Best Dr I have ever met. Mam if you are seen this review, Pls change your reception staffs who took the calls when calling for booking immediately. Bad staffs can makes the heaven become hell

Excellent care and good ambiance.

Clinic & doctor(Ms lasitha) is good,but waiting time is horrible.For just scanning need to wait for 2 hrs after appointment,then to show doctor that report 4-5 hrs again ,which completely waste of time.A person has to spend his full-day for just scanning & seeing doctor.Please promise the suitable time to customers & if they cannot handle this dont take more appointments.Bcoz they are patients can't wait this longer which causes more uncertain to their condition. Plz humble request.
