One of the good gym nearby railway flyover baghpat road. Gym is on the third floor so cardio begins before stepping into gym. The vibes and aura of gym is very positive, one can feel very familiar environment. There is canteen, changing room and locker available in the gym so that make more easy. The only disadvantage is trademill and other cardio equipment doesn't work properly and need major upgradation. Also sufficient space for your wheels to park.

It is quite goodb gym. It consists of all necessary equipment. Gym trainer is also well trained and supportive.
