First of all it's my second service there for my laptop, quite good Good service Good products Good customer relations But the time taken for repairing is too much, sometimes they provide you within in one day. In my both services experience it had taken weeks, they told me that they had to sent laptop - head office. And moreover little bit expensive.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received at your store. The sales associate who helped me choose a laptop was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain all of the features of the different laptops and answer all of my questions in detail. The representative in the EMI department was also very helpful and explained all of the different financing options available to me. Overall, I had a very positive experience at your store and would definitely recommend it to others.

pathetic behaviour... When we call them and make enquiry.. they spoke Very politely...But when we visit shop very irresponsible atitude.They will pushing us for taking smartphone insurance..again again they request like anything.And the person in the emi and bill section... what a rude behaviour... Edapallly oxegen is way better than angamaly oxegen... edapallly oxegen....such a pretty experience..nice staffs.. they support us in choosing... dear oxegen management...give us a pleasant experience next time

Am sorry 2 say..we had gone 2 Oxygen mobile outlet in Angamally last month to buy a new mobile, and there was not 1 model of any mobile..jst new pieces in their packing. When a customer wants to buy a product, they will 1st want see the product in hand, feel it, see how handy it is before deciding to make the purchase. And mobiles now a days is not cheap , it is big money. And when asked the price too..they dint have a ready answer, kept checking their mobile for the price. We just left the outlet ,went to My G which was on the opposite side of the road nd bought samsung z flip 5 from there. You will be just losing your customers, if this how its going to be.

Have a very good collection of mobile and laptops. I purchased my new Samsung galaxy S20 FE with good price. I also got buy back offers from Oxygen. Best customer service.
