Oxford Hotel - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I wish I could zero stars but apparently there's no option for that here . The rooms were small and no ventilation. No toiletries were provided. The washroom door was translucent and quite a blurry image could be seen from the outside.most importantly Unfriendly and rigid owner ,not an ideal atmosphere as well as locality. The food was below mid .paid extra for food was our biggest mistake. It was not only overpriced but also not tasty . Had a terrible time ,never again.

I can't even begin to describe the horrible experience I had here. I'll try to keep this review as objective and to the point as possible. Let me begin with the pros: 1. The food that we got from room service was good. Cons: 1. This hotel was booked for me via a travel agency called Snow Mountain Holiday. We were a total of 3 people traveling together. We got a super tiny room in which we had to cramp 3 people with luggages. We could barely fit an extra mattress in the room. 2. The room was drab and dilapidated. The bedsheets and towels were dirty. It was even torn in places. 3. The ac kept on dripping water the entire night which kept on falling on my face. I could not even reposition myself due to lack of space. 4. There were insects on both the bed and the bathroom. 5. The bathroom door was a glass door and no clue why it was that way. 6. The hotel is on the 5th floor of the Oxford chambers building. They have 5th and 6th floor for the rooms. There are other offices as well on the same floors. It feels pretty unsafe. Also it was pretty difficult to find the hotel. Accessibility wise, the location is not at all ideal. 7. They have no parking of their own. 8. The staff it appeared had no clue that three people were supposed to stay. They did not provide any toiletries until asked. Even for the mattress we had to repeatedly remind them multiple times. The biggest problem was the fact that the travel agency "Snow Mountain Holiday" are a sham of a travel agency. I have no clue why they booked such a horrible hotel when I had given them clear instructions about my expectations. If you end up in this hotel through this travel agency, please beware.

The rooms were awesome. The staff also was very friendly and flexible. The location is good and it is close to sakinaka metro station so easy access to that. The service was also nice. The only down side was there was no hot water in the bathroom but I stayed there in summer anyway. But as a whole a perfect hotel to stay in at this price point and in this area.

Very shabby property. Rooms without windows. Full of dampness and foul smell. Very poor cleaning. Shower and geyser not working. Not a single thing good about the place. Avoid at all cost.

Nice cozy rooms, with friendly staff providing great services. Connectivity for all the places from the hotel is also good and convenient for all.

Hotel is well maintained, staff is cooperative only problem I faced was lift, it should be corrected. Otherwise, it is economical place to live.

It's a floor in an apartment complex. It is well-served and maintained. The staff are very helpful, rooms are clean and tidy. For Mumbai life style, size of the room is fine, but for people from different cities, it is very small.

Nice Hotel. Courteous Staff and Spacious Rooms. Need a little maintenance specially at the entry. Else this hotel offers great price to value ratio.
