Our baby girl born in Ovum hospital hoskote. We have consulted Dr Pranavi N. I should mention a special thanks to her for all the advises and suggestions she provided during my wife pregnancy. She is one of the kindest and very humble doctor i have seen in my life. Such a wonderful down to eart person she is. Hatsoff to u mam. You are a True meaning for "*Medicines cure diseases but only doctors can cure patients*". During the delivery time all the staff members were very caring and humble. Kudos to Bhagyamma who helped my scared wife to calm down while she was suffering from pain and Deepika sister post delivery. Canteen facility also good Abhi who served good quality food for us 4 days. Reason behind giving 4.9 star is because of Camera person who asked me to pay 590 rupees for single pick that too for soft copy. However the complimentary baby photo with frame Ovum will give us. Overall our experience with Ovum was good. Keep up the good work team.
Dr Sharvani is such a friendly doctor. My wife had a complicated pregnancy but with doctor' help we endedup with a smooth normal delivery. She was supportive and available to help anytime when required. We are so happy that we chose Dr Sharvani and ovum Hospital for our delivery.
Mr. Umesh who is working under insurance department is obey very politely with the patients.. And he is very friendly type, provide time to get approval from our insurance department as well enrolled E-card for twin babies.. Staff and faculty were obey politeness with the patients..

Consulted Dr Sharvani in my 9th month.she was very helpful, patient and encouraged positively throughout my delivery process. Her suggestions on basic exercises like walking,squats,duckwalk helped me to deliver the baby vaginally with minimal stitches. Further she was available on calls if we need any emergency clarifications.
The sisters have been given bad service and they have given us a bad experience. They did not follow timely care during admission mother and newborn baby. They lost the new baby's blood sample and the report is yet to be received.(after 1 week) After 1 week she asked to take the again new baby's blood. As a father and mother, the piercing of the child cannot be hurt just stopped to go there. Not only this but we faced lot of problems and package was also not provided properly. Dear Ovum, Please train the sisters in obedience, care and responsibilities. Overall good except for the services of the sisters. Thanks
