One of the best men's rooms available in Kozhikode Only single rooms available ,water and all kinds of facilities are available . The staff is friendly too . Weekly once rooms are cleaned . The room is located in the middle of town near the beach and railway station . The only thing I would critic is that for the amount we pay a wifi service could also be given as complimentary .other than that everything is perfect . . Would recommend this pg rooms

This was my second time staying at this place, the previous stay being in the month of December 2019. This is one of the best single room accomodation available in Kerala. Really enjoyed the stay. Few suggestions include availability of hot water in bathrooms and AC rooms. All the office staff, security people are well behaved and prompt in refund of security deposit. Have seen some negative reviews that the office staff are not polite. I have had no trouble with any of them. Mr. Smithesh and Mr. Priyesh are always helpful when you require any assistance. You can also enjoy delicious and economical non veg food from the adjacent hotel "Palakkadan Chayakada" which is an really an icing on the cake. Parking space might become crowded during the period when rooms are fully booked. However, as there are no fixed spots for parking, it is alloted on first come first served basis each time you enter the premises in your vehicle.

Well this place is a perfect for working professionals. It's single executive rooms in center of the city. Everything is almost close to this place. It's cleanly maintained. Cleaning staff will clean every two days. Monthly rent is Rs.6500 (May 2018) and security deposit Rs.10,000. Minimum lock in period is 15days. And will taken as pro rata basis. As per their claim no smoking and drinking in rooms. I don't kn how well this is going on. But rest assured will update with some more details. And also this will be given only if your working or on some job here.

Staying here for last 4 years, accomodation is good and tidy. Water in washroom is dirty as its color is shaby. Parking space also good but if bikes are parked in organised manner more space would be available. Security must ensure the bikes are parked in correct way but they don't enoforce it except for car parking.

Clean and neat surroundings, great location nearby to the bustand and railway station.

Best bachelor accomodation available in Kozhikode City limits. 6500/- only for a single room. Very higenic place. Lift service and drinking water service for 24/7.
