They spoiled a birthday party we organised from our office.we had a discussion with the concerned person in the morning and he confirmed that our food is ready however when we reached the staffs said it is not available. We agreed to have the alternate food items as we were all hungry then also they misbehaved with us regarding the sitting arrangements....we felt pathetic and will not visit this place any more.
Today I was passing by this restaurant and thought of having a cup of coffee. While I was getting inside the waiters stopped me asked what do I want to have and also said that customers are not allowed to sit inside if they order only coffee. Basically they questioned about my payment capacity. I am an officer in The State Bank of India. Felt extremely humiliated with such kind of behaviour. Would never recommend anyone to visit this resturant ever. Worst hospitality.
Horrible customer service, the staffs of this place needs proper behavioural training. They are rude and I'll mannered. Food is moderate, but in this foul ambience and poor hospitality don't think that customers would even enjoy the food.
