I have tried pizza thrice from this place. First time (Double Chicken treat semizza) was not that much good in taste and second time just 2 days ago (Margherita Pizza )and it was really good in taste however third time 'chiken khima tikka and tandoori cheese semizza' ordered from eatsure and i have got in less price as compared to swiggy and Zomato. Taste is good.
They specifically known for thin crust and toppings. But prices are really high as compared to other brands but worth for taste. Packaging , baking , food quality is top-notch.
They are delivering food via Eat sure (personal application of rebel foods), zomato and swiggy till 1am at night. No dine in facility. You will get free delivery via ordering from eastsure. Worth try.
I would suggest one thing prices may be little bit less as brand just provide home delivery of items. No cost of maintaining big outlets seating like Domino's and pizza hut. If prices were less so that everyone can take advantage of good food.
Oven story owners doing scams. I ordered a pizza from zomato. As the delivery boy came to deliver, he told me that the oven story owner doesn't give parcels without prior ratings. So the delivery boy asked me to give a 5 star rating and after that he took a photo of that from his mobile. Then he handed over the pizza to me. I think the oven story is doing this scam for rating on zomato so that people get misunderstood by reviews and order pizzas even after pizzas are not that tasty. I didn't like the pizza taste. Dominos is far better than the oven story.
The base was soggy and cold. Also the delivery partner took 5 star rating from me during delivery. I have reported this issue to swiggy.

I placed order with swiggy and I received wrong pizza. And when I called their customer care, they were avoiding this issue. I asked for refund or to deliver correct order but they were giving excuses and then they hung up the phone. I called them again and once again they hung up the phone. Very bad service, first they sent wrong product and they avoid customer by handing up the phone.
My experience with ovenstory pizza at Mumbai always left me impressed with the taste, quantity and quality. I was excited when i got to know this has opened up in Nagpur as well. However i was bit skeptical about trying it out in Nagpur due to a number of bad reviews.
I, however decided to try it out anyway and i am glad i did. I noticed that in the Nagpur menu, the veg options ate limited (just 3 instead of 6 odd i have seen in mumbai). The non-veg options were fine though.Went for the usual bogo veg(overloaded) + non-veg(Chicken tikka + kheema) option.
I am glad to report that the taste has been maintained (in a good way) with generous toppings making it a sumptuous meal.
Note that i ordered directly from ovenstory app. So my comment about delivery is for their inhouse delivery service. It needs an improvement. They tend to be late most of the time (as confirmed by many others), although to their credit the customer service is prompt and helpful
Hygiene issue .. no matter how good you talk or cook or pretend .. Hygiene is an big issue.. our municipal govt. Is not that strict or same attitude of for granted kind off .. personal experience food was not well cooked .. price is high, not worth of price.. must work on food quality and Hygiene.. reason is I've personal visited the live kitchen.. no social distancing all those swiggy zomato and delivery boys rushing.. Still I believe there is scope of improvement and improvising...
Expectation was beyond dominoes I first saw on website semizza combo at 300 but site is not going toward payment page..so I went to shop tu directly buy it but there was nothing in shop like website..different combos available so i only able to buy one paneer extravaganzza at 251 rs..as combo rates are higher and single pizza are soo costly..the base was so thin and burned, less paneer and lots of cheesy cheese only cheese to ruin your throat...dominoes one are 1000 times great..go for dominoes
