Ordered through online and food got delivered after 2 and half hours. By the time it reached home the food was very cold and not palatable. The pizza that we ordered was hard to chew and the lasagna was sour. This was a great embarrassment for me in front of my friends who had gathered at home. Overall I had a bad experience ordering food here. In the end we ordered food again from a different restaurant to finish our dinner.
Is this a way to deliver pizza!? The pizza is all messy and stuck to the cardboard. Being an established brand, the least you could do was make sure the pizza doesn't get crushed on the way to the destination. Extremely unhygienic and unprofessional!! I've ordered twice before this, which were delivered fine. But this delivery was just way below the mark.
For the price,it's really a great place to get pizza It has more toppings than crust so some might not prefer it But yeah,Definitely would order it again :)

I was about to order BOGO pizza right now. Scared to order now seeing how they delivered pizzas to other customers !! Further updating - it's not one case of badly delivered pizzas I have seen.
