We had ordered 3 different items like one Veg and one non-veg pizza and Stuffed garlic bread. This place offers half medium pizza so that you can pick and choose multiple options instead of just one. Both the ones we ate had soft crust and big chunks of topping too which was actually filling. Garlic bread was okay. They have 1+1 offer, so keep a tab on Oven story while ordering
Ordered food via swiggy and the delivery boy named chintapalli Ganesh came to deliver my order. Delivery guy mentioned that the Order was already delivered on the app. Had to follow up multiple times to chk order status and he did the respond. Finally told me that the order is kept unattended in front of the door. NOT A RECOMMENDED PLACE TO ORDER FOOD AT ALL. Delivery service is beyond pathetic.
Lost 888 rs by ordering pizza and garlic breads to them through Swiggy. They gave us the wrong pizza which we cannot eat. Other items not delivered.

Should give them zero stars since this outlet employs goons if there's any negative response given. Be careful when placing the order. It could be in person or online. Never ever go to this place for your and your family safety. Food is so pathetic, it's not even fit to eat. Ordered via Zomato. Without the food being delivered, they had marked the order as delivered. Customer care is hardly reachable. When reachable, it's only abuses. BEWARE all residents. Even if you have to pay extra, order from Domino's or Pizza Hut, much better. Never risk yourself and your family. They keep on threatening for giving negative reviews and complaints.
Such a Shameless act by restaurant they accepted order and made me to wait for one hour 20 minutes despite of not delivering they have marked delivered
What a awful experience I had last evening. I wanted o order for my daughters birthday. Their online booking don't work. Managed to get a Customer care number. And gave them the order. They could not make the payment work and promised a one hour call back. Never called and the heights was that the lady nervy captured my order even. Very untrustworthy.
