Outram Hotel - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai, India

I have been staying here for last 15 years or may be more. But the rooms and service is getting disrupted every trip, Do not have network within the room, wifi also unavailable at most of the area, toilets, taps are out dated, shower doesn't work on geyser. Place and location is good, but hotel premise is in very bad condition. I recently stayed for 4 days last week. And this stay was even worst, no TV found in the room, toilet jet shower not working, toilet seat wobbling while in use, old aged ac with lot of noise and most pathetic was BED BUGS in on bed. I have been eaten by bed bugs whole 3 nights. Staff is cooperative but OWNER is worst, he doesn't listen to customer voice. I have been fully charged by hotel after such an awful and painful stay.

Well facilities and safe place to stay with wifi and cooperative staff. Location good.

We had an amazing stay here. The rooms and washrooms were clean and well-maintained. The location is also great. The manager and the staff were very cordial and helpful in every way. We even received complimentary meals from the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience and totally recommendable. We are really grateful to Outram Hotel for their wonderful services.

The staff is very good but the building is old architecture and all so it was quite old fashion hotel with decent facility along with affordable price as compare to other prices nearby there. I went there with my mothers sister [mavshi] as we have age difference between us up to 6 years as Im 20 and she is 26.most of the hotels doesn't gave us a room because all they thought we are a couple as there is restricted for unmarried couple staying in same room. But noone was listening to us that we are not a couple but this person understood and verified by calling at home with my mom. But the area was so dark and no one there it was totally horror movie house and seen there at night and there are robbers in that area and actually we was out for dinner at 10 am at that time my mobail was stolen by a robber who was waiting for their hunt. It's hard to travel there. So please if you are going there please be careful and dont come outside at night. We complaint against robber alredy let's see we will find our phone Or not

Best budget Hotel in Mumbai! The staff is helpful, well mannered, kind and polite. The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are well maintained. The location couldn't be better, and the surroundings are stunning. Suitable for solo ladies travellers too. Wonderful experience! Thank you so so much for all your help.

very nice hotel with great staff. excellent rooms, everything is very clean, we rested wonderfully. The hotel is located in the best area of Mumbai, everything is within walking distance. It's a small room , good for visitors to Mumbai, very affordable price around inr 2.5k for 2 persons . Location is great nearby Cst and churchgate stn Mumbai.

Rooms are good. Location is in very prime area near to CST which makes it very convenient to stay. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is very respectful. Lot of space available for parking in that area which is the biggest plus point if you are looking for budget hotels in convenient areas. The only thing that bothers is that building which looks very old other than that its an affordable and great place to stay.
