Worst experience ever I'm facing Right now.. My whole family got treated here for there bad health but now because of Sister Lima I'm facing worst experience... They asked to sit and sleep on chair in night even when no one is in general ward. They have to show some humanity and let people to feel comfortable when no one is there.. If the ward is full of patients then i can understand but now it not fare and I don't see a humanity in Sister Lima's face. Please read this message before coming to this hospital..

We always go to this our lady of pillar hospital for the treatment as we came from other state. So we only knew about this hospital and it is near to our hostel and it's convenient to go there during emergency. We always face problem with the staff of hospital as they talk very rudely to us as we look different from them and also they always shout on us without any reasons The doctors and nurses are good but the watchman and cleaner has no manner at all. This is gonna be our last visit to this hospital

The female ward worker ( healthy masi ) is very rude. Without any reason she is scolding and showing black faces. Don't sweep well enough and clean. Hospital have so many mosquitoes. And the thin goggle kaka( gatekeeper) is also very rude. Both of them have no manners in talking. The way they talk needs to be changed or else the hospital will face problems with no patients. Doctors and the nurses are very good

So this happened today morning when I went to the hospital with my mother and brother as my brother was suffering from severe fever since last morning. At first till we met the doctor everything went quite good. The doctor directly suggested to admit the patient without the reports done, till this time we were not aware about the charges they charge for being admitted so we agreed on admitting the patient, however once when the compounder sitting there told us that you need to pay 7000rs as deposit for admission, considering it a not multi-speciality hospital the charges were quite high and we denied admitting the patient. After when we went for the lab test in the laboratory the compounder there came and started blabbering that "inko jab baatya ki 7000 bharne hai to admit karne se na boldiya, pehle nai bataya ki admit nai karna hai mai aadhe ghante se paper bana Rahi thi", these were her exact words, whereas she had hardly even written the name on the paper, next when I answered her those questions she was like "doc aapke liye ICU chodke aaye hai" whereas as long as I observed the situation there and how coolly the doctor was sitting and talking there couldn't be an ICU operation going on at morning 7:30am. After this when around 10:00 am I went to take the reports the compounder had complaint about me to the sister and I was being questioned for nothing. I regret even after reading the review online I went there trusting them and they made sure to show their true colours l, however, I would say at last the doctor(Dr.Mehul) was overall good but the compound really needs to do her homework and come for how to talk to people and new patients.

Our Lady Of Pillar Hospital is a very good hospital. Good treatment was given by the doctor. And the medical officer and nurses are very cooperative with patient and relatives also.

Pathetic hospital. They don't have any digital payment option. Now a days every one have digital payment option in thair shops. Not accept ATM cards also. Vary rude staff from doctor to cleaning staff. I think they save tex by accepting only cash payment. They charge double for medicines also.also the want too much of medicine at time and God know what they do!! As per my experience nurse gave me one chit of medicinea and told me to buy and give her. When I came with medicines the same medicines available in 12 nos in my cart already. The cost of that particular medicines is 2000. When I ask her that same medicine available then why she told me to buy new one then se talk arrogantly and left the room. Also I have recording of this incident. This is just money making hospital I gave rating in minus. Worst experience in hospital. Please do not go to this hospital. The government hospital of vadodara SSG is better then this hospital. Also they don't have any complaint book in hospital!!!

Not properly treated patients and have very bad gynecologist today i went the hospital for knowing my reports but the dr not guide me properly and instead of giving me any response regarding disease she is pointing me out you don't have proper hemoglobin then how can I help you ,she is a gynec and she was behaving with me like an uneducate person is saying I don't know how to cure this,if you don't know the solution then why are you at this place go home and take rest don't do fake promises to others,i am requesting to incharge of hospital that they take some proper gynec doctor who guide newly married women and teenage girls who is suffering from internal disorders so their query solve in proper manner.

Now I wonder why they have been rated 2.9 stars. I had 2 months of great experience with this hospital. My mother was diagnosed with a urine infection and we have consulted our regular Dr Nirav Shaha. Dr Nirav Shaha is one of the most amazing Dr I am happy with the Dr service but with the administrative and with the Nurse and cleaning staff I would rate them in Negative. The Nurse out here doesn't seems so qualified they don't even know how to check the blood report. After being here for a while i was able to read and understand the report but this nurses working since so long have no idea. The administration is not at all interested to renovate the hospital the toilet of the private room look like the toilet of General Ward . You have to call the clening staff 1000times to clean a particular place , for them cleaning means Sweeping and Mopping . I was surprise to see this person have a tea or snack break at 10:00 am and when they sit to eat no matter how emergency the situation is they will not leave their seats oh sorry the floor and come to assist you . There is a bell given next to your bed and that bell is used for no purpose coz you have to press 1000times than only they will come to assist you. I would say for consulting any Dr this is the right place but for admitting I would not recommend and I am sharing all this with my 2 months of experience from the hospital . Oh, how can I forget this point the Nurse and the cleaning staff are good at one thing and that's gossiping . They love to chit chat and Gossip . So i guess this review of mine would help people to take a decision before admitting in the hospital
