Even though I'm a Muslim, I went to this church even before I first enter to our mosque.yes it's true i studied in our lady of lords school starting from LKG to 2nd standard.This church is so special because all the wonderful childhood memories come to my mind. We where happy when teacher took to this church and happy to see some of techers singing and still remember father of church sprinkle the holy water. I recently visited during Christmas eve in 2019, (after 15 years!!!) I couldn't control my tears!
No much decoration for Christmas. Could have made better. Has good parking space.
Mother lourde Mary is very powerful if u pray anything it will be happen soon
It's a very sacred and blessed place. Not only for Christians but for people belonging to any religion. Everyday, there are hundreds of people who come here to pray and tell their burdens and requests to God, light candles to Mother mary at the shrine (there is also a beautiful cave-abode which serves as an on-the-go praying place for many) and depart enlightened and peaceful. The church ambience is so calming and peaceful that one might feel light inside the premise. The trees. The view of the chapel. The school nearby. All are soothing. The main chapel door will be open most of the time. One can feel free to go inside and pray or meditate. Once we are inside the chapel, we can see the bretahtaking view of the Holy Cross and the altar. We might feel as light as feather when we see the holy altar. The chapel is adorned with beautiful narrative paintings and verses(sayings from the bible). There are seatings for all to sit and pray though most people prefer to kneel before the altar and pour their hearts. The church community is very helpful and kind too.
