Best Hospital to treat your baby and kids. Life saving hospital. Excellent nurse behaviour in my ward. Almost all doctors admit patients here. I am recommending this hospital because my baby recovered fully here.
These all my open feelings about the hospital:-
1. Doctors are very good in the hospital but lower management people and nursing staffs completely looks money seeing mind, without our concerns they are forcefully doing all the test, injection , tables for no reason because of that I spent 60 k for normal delivery and 10k for baby
2. When I ask my wife she said am very normal but these guys are giving kinda reason making situations very critical.
3. They will use all there are lab and pharmacy material even when there is no need of it.
4. They forced us to stay there for 4 days just to increase the expenses, doctor said ok for discharge in 3rd day evening and they said there is no billing staff not available you can leave next day morning, it happened in 4rd day evening only even after multiple follow up from our side
5. Don't know why for cashless claim they are taking only 28k and rest they collecting as cash only and not given us any bills and other documents, I think part they are doing heavy fraud for sure
Conclusion what I heard is olden days the hospital very good in all the way ( Service, care and treatment ) , recently the management has changed. now its all about money.
Giving this 2 star only for Doctor Dr.Zeenath Madam only, at lease she is ready to listen us what we are trying to say. Handled people with humanity
Hospital is full of money minded.if you are coming for minor problem of baby they are completely take unnecessary test also I don't know why they are taking .if you are asking the doctor why this test for baby mean Doctors are convincing to take the test for fees only they are not ready to listen us.Have a doubt May be doctors mind set is not a patient they are the customers I think.
Worst experience in this hospital for pregnancy treatment...Not worth for the money. I spent more than half day in the hospital but the doctor took only 2mins to talk with us .... Govt hospitals are better now a days
Gynecologists are doing their service very well they mostly try to do normal delivery but post delivery, pediatricians never give the babies to their parents even for very minor problems also they adviced to admit newborn babies in NICU keep them at least 3-5days and common ward charges and NICU fees are high. I recommend this hospital for delivery upto delivery its good but after delivery worst experience
Our lady hospital is the best hospital but our nurses staffs very wost... One or two nurse is good but our staff is very very wost behaiver and clean workres very wost..... Doctors are very very best....
Doctors are so good & kind to their patients.. (But Nursing staff who were attending the gynecologists are very worst in servicing the pregnancy women... They are irresponsible & not even have knowledge about that how to handle the patients... Personally I experienced such inconvenience with the nursing staffs so many times.... Each & every time I quarrelled with them because of their behaviour... They didn't follow the proper method attending the patients.. And they are showing partiality with the patients...) Nowadays they have changed their nursing staff and their services is very good as well...
Worst experience. Their intention is to collect money from patients, if you go to this hospital you need to wait for the doctor for 2hrs and some other doctor will come, with no option you will consult him.
There are different types of fees structure for different type of person for same similar issues. Starts from Rs. 250, Rs. 300, Rs. 350, Rs. 400 and Rs. 500. In this I paid Rs. 400 as consulting fees were the doctor spoke with us just 2 mins and we waited for 2hrs.
And Nurses working there you can't see such a rude behavior with the patients, even to the small kids.
Today (7th Nov 2021) experienced for my 1 year old daughter for the complaint of fecer and cold.
