I loved the fooooooooddddddd!! If you read my food reviews, you will notice I am a hard one to be pleased overall. But oudh is a foodgasming place tbh. Ratings here as follows: Ambience: 4.5/5 Just the mere decor is on fire.. That awadhi feeling.. Food:5/5 Spot on baby ! Service:4/5 Quite good and crowd management is well handled. Cost:4.5/5 I will so far the most cost effective, elegant biriyani I had. Not only that, we had quite many dishes ( some restaurant recommended as well) and the bill was quite quite affordable for a classy place like this. I have a new destination for having biriyani in town now.. Not only that, the variety of spices in the food here is tasty yet light and easily digestible inspite of belonging to a awadhi gharana and that's what made this one of my top choice. Visit and enjoy.

Overpriced & overrated restaurant. The food was ok. The ambiance & the service were good. Chicken Biryani was a bit dry. Runn & Handi Biryani were ok but nothing superb. Their quantity was good though.

I had the most incredible dining experience at Oudh 1590 in Deshapriya Park! From the moment I walked in, I was transported to a world of exquisite flavors and royal ambiance. We had gone for our Dashami lunch at this place. The wait time was not that much. The interior of this place is very classy and gives an awadhi feel. We have ordered galauti mutton kababs, chicken kababs, Lucknowi paratha, chicken salaam, ghoshth biriyani and the very special Rann Biriyani. The galauti kabab and the Rann Biriyani was just delicious and amazing to taste. We had taken Phirni also for dessert which was again splendid. This is a must try when you'll visit here. The service here was quite. Overall it was a good experience here.

One of the earlier outlets of Oudh. The decor & ambiance, as like the other outlets is a signature. Food again, is decent enough. I usually keep my orders pretty much the same at all the outlets. The Lucknow Paratha, Galwati Kebab, Nargisi Qofta, Afghan Chicken Kebabs were as good as all the other outlets. The experience was good being a foody if you are found of authentic, rich food(which you dont feel after having it made with low oil consumption) then you must have to visit this place , as they promise to provide a mughal cuisine they actually do. I was so much in there food I even forget to click pic but though I have got some for you all. Enjoy.

Perhaps the most disappointing dinner i have ever had here. In my childhood 12-13 years back it was probably the best Biryani makers in kolkata. The quality is deteriorated drastically but still it is eatable and still better than many famous biryani joints of the city, But the kebabs and the tandoori roti! Oh man! The roti was the worst, kebabs were okay. In kakori kebab chickpeas' proportion was more than that of the minced mutton. Zafrani Kebab was okay, Qalmi Kebab did not disappoint, perhaps the only kebab still tries to be the flag bearer of the quality the restaurant once possessed. Korma n rezala were good. Recommended if you have sweet teeth. Sahi Tukra was okay, Firni was better compared to the shahi Tukra. I am comparing the taste of the Shahi Tukra to that of with the best Shahi Tukras found as Oudh 1590 was once one of the bests. But if you had not have a shahi tukra before and want to experience the taste u should definitely try it. U will love it. I did not try galaowti kebab this time , as i feel the galaowti kebab served here is overhyped, over priced. I had it before. So added to my review. The service was not up to the mark. Maybe the rush of the weekend was the cause. It was late in the evening. They must be tired. They tried hard. In sum, I expected it better @Oudh 1590. Rebuild the stature you once were, otherwise in this competitive market it will be tough for you. A few of your branches are already getting negative reviews.

The ambience of this restaurant always makes me happy.The food ican be rated as good.The Galwati Kebab could have been much better; in fact Indian Restaurant makes much better Galwati kebab.The kolkata style Mutton biriyani is nice,light and flavourful.With Biriyani we took Gosht Khade Masala which was very nice but both in Biriyani and Gosht Khade Masale the pieces of mutton were very small.The Soda shikanji was good.The price is higher than average.
