One of a kind experience, all dishes were expertly prepared and looked and tasted amazing, Our server Sumitra was outstanding, gave some great suggestions and really enhanced our experience dining here. One thing i really liked in the menu is they have course sets, which are more affordable compared to selecting courses individually, we chose to do the latter as there were much we wanted to try and the set couldn't cover all And the weight and kcals are provided under each item that helps us plan our meal so as to not over or under order food P.S, Smoked Salmon tartar we ordered looked and tasted amazing but i failed to take a pic , my one regret

A perfect place for Italian lovers. Amazing service and wonderful flavours. Not a single complaint! Makes you want to visit again and again.

I really loved this place. Decor was chic, ambiance, staff behavior was up to expectations. Comes to food for antipasti ordered deep fried prawns and squid which I found could have been better. 1st main we ordered ravioli which was so meaty and awesome. 2nd main was grilled chicken with saute vegetables a absolute love again. Desserts we ordered Tiramisu and Panna Cotta, both of them served interestingly and satisfied our pallate. Tuile aompanying Tiramisu must be mentioned. Mocktails were average.

Visited this place for my birthday dinner and while the overall ambiance was nice and the service was great, the food fell short on so many accounts! The risotto we ordered had only one prominent flavour in it, that of too much salt. Salmon was bland and lacking seasoning. The portion size of the tiramisu we had for dessert was laughable, even for a fine dining restaurant standard.

A lovely Italian restaurant in ITC Royal which is worth a visit. The ambience is subtle with a fantastic view from large arched windows. You can see your food being cooked in the open kitchen. The food has wide options. The ravioli especially the mushroom one were well cooked with the right flavour. The thin crust pizzas are delicious. The staff are helpful but can be a bit more attentive. The chefs are indulgent and go out of their way.

The ambience & view of this place is amazing. Really loved the Ravioli and Lemon tart, the tiramisu is undoubtedly one of the best in town.

A true Italian experience. If you appreciate Italian cuisine, and are in Kolkata, ITC Royal Bengal's Ottimo is the place you're looking for. It is truly "a one of a kind" dining experience with the grand ambience, delicious food and exquisite service. During these challenging times, they have successfully delivered the luxury of fine dining whilst following all health and safety protocol with utmost care. Kudos to Chef Puja and her team of talented chefs for all the delectable dishes that were presented beautifully with attention to detail. The pizza had a great crust and the lamb was cooked to perfection. Among the choices in pasta, the pappardelle in duck ragout was a burst of flavours in the mouth while the ravioli neri became the star dish. The classic tiramisu was the perfect end to this dining experience. A big thank you to Mr. Gaurav, Tanya and Anik for their tremendous and wholehearted service, from reservations right through our dining at Ottimo.
