Its location is a major plus in the sense that you can walk down to many of the companies that are located in Phase 1 & Phase 2, assuming you're on a business visit. However, being a high traffic facility, the rooms need to be better maintained rather than having greasy floors and broken tiles. On the other hand, the food is really good both the breakfast and dinner. Also, there are multiple places around the property to grab a quick bite or a full meal.

One of the worst hotel I have come across. From the beginning it was a bad experience.. Even the check in process was delayed. The attitude of the front office staff was like they r offering the room for free kind of the attitude. Restaurant was very bad and the service was the worst I have come across. I would never recommend anyone to go this hotel. Complete waste of money.

We checked in for a night stay. It was my parents staying. The rooms were empty yet they didn't give the room until check in time... Even after requesting them as they were elderly couple. The service was bad even after repeatedly asking for service it was not done. Food served at the restaurant was stale when asked about the quality of the food, the response was rude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at any cost.

It was a very bad experience from such a good hotel. We had been there for a corporate party and they took the advantage of the situation and added items as they wished in the bill It took almost one more hour extra to get the proper bill after having so many arguments with staff. Really unprofessional behaviour from such a big chain of resturants. Claimed to be 4 star.

Went for a buffet lunch with team mates. I found it very good and value for money. The staff was courteous and I would suggest this for team lunches and get togethers.

I went for a buffet lunch recently, and I must say it was quite disappointing. The spread lacked variety. The selection consisted of basic dishes like rice, rasam, and curry, which left me wondering why I had chosen a buffet in the first place. I find myself reconsidering my decision, thinking that I'd have been better off visiting a darshini where, at the very least, the taste wouldn't have been compromised.Regrettably, I erred in assuming that this restaurant had the buffet spread similar to Otera 24@43

Owner's attention please, people who are available at the reception /front desk, they are trying to spoil the hotel's reputation and the businesses. Please try to find some other responsible persons to manage your business at front desk/ reception.

Worst Experience, pathetic service. You wouldn't found difference between ready and no ready table, no cup/bowl available and even on your request they will not provide you easily. Bread Toaster missing in breakfast area, don't provide mineral water bottle in rooms. Washroom size is too small. Worst experience here amoung staying in all Bangalore hotels.
