I am Residing in APEX Residency, Anand Nagar, Khairathabad,opp SBI, Hyderabad,Out of 3 lifts existing 1 lift not working from 5 months, your service engineer attending but not resolved problem,Very Bad service of the OTIS lifts,many problems facing the 2,3,4,5 floor resident's
OTIS team does not respond. Never gives service on time. No show during warranty time. When we called they are not clear on what service they can provide. We installed OTIS elevator at home mid 2022.
Such a lousy machine. After 1 month of usage the machine burns out. Whatever reason, OTIS spare parts cost is very very high in India. The bill is as good as new lift. So, I am dumping it for a new lift. I cannot give -ve rating so settling for one star
Called up for new installation. Person came and said will give quotation in 2 days. After 10 days i get a call from bengaluru saying she is going to send quotation the same day. Its now 20 days and seems otis is not interested in getting new projects as their hands seem to be full. Thankfully i am not interested now as if quotation takes a month from otis then i wonder about any technical or customer support. I will better look for someone who is in direct reach.

FROM HYDERABAD WE DONT GET PROPER SERVICE OF THE LIFTS AND WE ARE FACING AN ISSUE EVERY 2 DAYS OF USING LIFTS WE CONTACTED THE SERVICE HOLDER CAONTACTS AND THEY ARENT RESONDING IN RIGHT WAY AND ITS IN THE CONTRACTED THAT MATERIAL IS PROVIDED BY THEM AND NOW THEY ARE REGRETTING IT
It has been one month since I have made a complaint its not yet been resolved. Elevator is one year in old and I have a service contract with them
