One of the best water sports complex in Odisha. The govt has diverted a narrow channel of the Chilika lake specifically for water sports and to attract more tourists. The setup by the lake with brackish water and the western ghats in the background makes it scenic af. Evening walk around this park is a must.
Situated by the Chilka lake, it has various types of rides to try from. I would definitely recommend the jet ski.
Pretty affordable and the guide let's you handle it on your own for some time as well.

This is a nice place to relax after lunch at Chilika Dhaba or any restaurant. I liked spending time here in the evening.

The only red flag was that the strolling path isn't well maintained and is dirty. It can be well maintained so that it adds to the place's beauty.
Overall a good experience. We went to Maa Kalijai Temple from the boat. There were no water sports activities available as of now.
Maybe they are available at the peak season which is end of November till February ( peak winters).
This part of chilka is a good place to visit for the nature lovers and water sports games.
A small embankment of Waterlocked lake.... ideal for a few rounds of jet ski or water scooter. Highlight for children and adults alike. Although the older population prefers the slow kayaking/boating manually.
Panthaniwas is a great place to spend your weekend near Chilka, Barakul, Odisha. The suits are spacious, neat, clean and well maintained with a breath taking Chilka lake view. Price range varies from Rs 3800 to 1700. There are villas available for VIP stay. Parking spaces are non cargeable and spacious. The restaurant has tie up with OTDC and boat ride to Kalijai, Satapada and Nagabana can be booked from reception.
It's a good place, but a little bit messy. You'll get a absolute awesome view of chilika lake. Most recommended in winter.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic the spot didn't get a proper maintenance and much visitors so. And I was there when sky was cloudy and didn't get the opportunity to visit Maa Kalijai Temple.

Very Tasty food. Tried the Veg thali there. Loved every bite.
Just don't ask for "nimbu paani" or "lemonade". If you do... remember to stir it for 15 min.
Recommended by my colleague so went for it and trust it's worth the money. Close your eyes and go for any prawn & crab curry. Rice is unlimited. Don't ask for ambience. The freshest prawns you get and you will know when you eat the dishes
