OTDC Panthanivas, Barakul - Hotel in Barkul - Khordha, India

I went there as part of Chilika lake your package for Lunch. We have veg and non veg options. I ordered Egg Masala and rice. Rice portion will be sufficient for one person. Egg curry was tasty, one thing is they used mustard oil in preparation, which South Indians may not like. Seating and ambiance was also good.

Very good rooms with lots of space, Amenities. Room service is good. Evening atmosphere is just awesome. All stress will vanish.

Presently staying at OTDC panthanivas @ room 210. Room is clean & big enough. AC remote doesn't work except for turning it on or off. Food quality & quantity both are disappointing Service is worst.Had to wait for almost an hour before dinner is served though it was ordered another hour before.

We halted here for otdc Chilika tour. Their food is very pocket friendly rate . Taste is pretty good & homely taste no excessive oily. Food quality & quantity both are enough

Stayed in this property overnight on Sat, 5th Aug 2023. Room size, furnishing, linen and cleanliness were good. Food was good as well. People were friendly. What could be improved upon are the following: (1) Providing shampoo & body lotion in the bathroom; (2) Providing tea/coffee sachets in the room, along with the existing electric kettle; (3) Balcony furniture for seating.

We visited with friends and family. Very nicely maintained rooms with excellent view of Chilka lagoon. The seafood they serve, specially the crab, is beyond compare. One of the best outlets of OTDC.

Its a plesand stay at Otdc Panthanivas Barkul. Food is excellent. Room cleaning and mentenance is super. Staffs are very freandly. I will give my special Thanks to Sri Sabyasachi Kar Manager and his entire team.

It's a very good trip for visit to Panthanivas Barkul to OTDC. They arrange for us boat booking to Kalijai and back in busy schedule. We found that Tourist shouting unnecessary togetherly for boat ticket. But OTDC Team managed very properly.aThanks to OTDC Barkul.
