Very neat and tidy rooms. Used couple of times. Dedicated parking space within the compound. Very close proximity to important places. Decent connectivity. Bit expensive as compared to places around, but totally worth the price. Recommended!

It's a horror place osmania residency for stays. Be ready to meet with real ghost specially room no 302 on third floor and second floor 202 with the same location rooms are haunted in osmania residency reality. so, avoid the presence in this hotel cum residency with bad service arrogance counter person with higher room rate around dargah area.
Not satisfied...room, bed and cupboard was not cleaned...in images rooms are different and in reality they r different...even they didn't provided the water bottle also...we have given the amount to the servant then he went and purchased the bottle and given to us..
