Very poor service all doctors are juniors they don't know any thing no senior doctors very very poor service by government after treatment they are asking money .if any patient will go and admitted in osmania hospital that person will return by dead bodies don't go osmania hospital very poor service it's my personal experience This hospital has no doctors but has time pass medical student. There time pas medical students and staff Even they don't have time to clean up the injection syringe from the bed of the patient the worst care ever and rude behaviour of the doctor is unbearable this hospital has no ethics and values towards patient

This hospital is good but there is no manners of staff and security guards are not like professional they are like rowdies behaviour to patients like a dog's not behaving like human being no mercy with patients what his condition and who is he the staff and security guards and ward boys and girls treating like animals and asking amount from patients attenders

The hospital staff who are working are not allowing inside even for patients...I came for orthopaedic related issue...there is one aunty not at all allowing inside ..my legs got sprained and I can't even stand...but she is not allowing to go to doctor... Such a bad maintenance... literally feeling like vomiting

One of the oldest hospital of Hyderabad apart from that there is nothing good at all of this hospital & Receptionist, staff behaviour is not good. No one is here for patients. maintenance and clearness is worst than anything dogs roam around the hospital. Government should have take care all these things.

Very Old hospital.. govt should maintain cleanliness...and have to improve services...

It's Runned By One & Only Foundation Of Nizams Family & The Second One Is Government Of Telangana And It's A Very Good Hospital Where You Will Be Fully Diagnosed You Just Have To Be Patient And Give A Bribe To The Clerks Sisters & Security Guards To Do The Process As Soon As Possible And The Doctors The Good But You Have To Be Very Professional Whenever You Wanted To Talk With The Doctors & Surgeons
