Osman Sagar View Point - Tourist attraction in Gandipet, Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy, India

Beautifully well maintained and serviced place. Only problem is the people who go there do not maintain any rules, they get inside the parks where they are not supposed to and litter around. It has become a picnic spot but most of the people don't clear their mess. The security should be stricter.

I visited this place on a Sunday. Great view of the enormous lake. They have made a lot of effort for the beautification of the place, its well-maintained and a great picnic spot for families. Drinking water is available for free. Toilet are available as well.

Pro: Location is perfect for sunset lovers, Ample space for roam and kids to play, Scenic place for photography Parking place available Cons: Authorities charge 50 rupees for per person and same 50 rupees for an individual. Not clear with their concept! All transactions via CASH only, no UPI, if you don't have cash don't worry, there is tea stall vendor sitting next to the ticket counter who has UPI QR code, you can pay him 500 rupees and he will pay you cash deducting 25 rupees, so not sure what type of business is going on. - we are becoming digital india but local vendors do have jugad, innovative way to steal money!!! - make sure you carry cash No lights inside post sun set, not sure why, so elderly people make sure you leave before the sunlight No proper sign board for restroom anywhere I didn't notice any dustbin,

The place is good with unobstructed view of Osman Sagar Lake. However, they have built a park at this place with an entry free of Rs 60/- per adult which is ridiculously high. Apart from the lake view and a walking trail lined with flowers, there is practically nothing that this place has to offer. The authorities need to bring down the entrance fee else not many people will visit this site.

Recently developed view point. Excellent facility, views, greens. Good place. Visited again on 11th Feb, excelkent place, parking area increased, trees grown more and with flowers. Entry fee 50/- adult, 20 for kids. Mesmerizing view on the sunset over the osman sagar. Spellbound. Must visit during sunset time. Presently open till 7:30PM.

The location has a good view and the park is huge, it is maintained well and very picturesque. There are no food stalls to buy anything. There is an entrance ticket of Rs 50 per head. This is the perfect location to have a peaceful outing with the loved ones and enjoy the nature.

After the renovations during corona time. This place looks beyond awesome. It opens at 6 am. Less crowded. Hope the same continues ahead
