Oshokai fitness and martial arts is a blessing to Mysore with one of the finest trainer i hav come across. One of the best places if u r looking at conditioning ur body , ur mind, spiritual and overall fitness. They completely understand ur present strength and slowly train u towards perfection. Also,all those hesitating to take up Martial arts, it is perfect for all age groups and all the trainers there are extremely friendly and help u master every skill till perfection. personally recommend this to all the kids and ofcourse others and the courses provided are affordable!!!!!

Now what's the point of giving trial class after paying for it,the reason I asked for a trial class is to see how good the classes are.But I took a risk after reading the reviews and I now I regret paying for it. The reason I wanted an intense class is to push myself beyond limits to get better and not to prove myself to you. I am not here to challenge anyone but to find a good martial arts gym. Learn to take reviews and improve on the feedback.

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent breeze coming . It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations.

First impression is the best impression and these guys nail it. Visited it today to enquire about MMA, the trainer/Guru (Vamshi) took great interest and pride in explaining different options available and gave a brief introduction about all forms of defence techniques being thought there.
