Very nice experience. I stayed with my family for 5 to 6 days. Most Staff were nice. One complaint if any is about a staff named 'Mohammed Babu' who charged us Rs1000 to go to Prayagraj Airport which is more than twice the amount asked by other taxi drivers.He also charged us large fare for going to and from Triveni Sangham. The other staff Mohammed Salman was very polite and well behaved.

I found the room size little bit small in area and service is slow in the night. Overall experience was good. The good thing, it is nearby to civil lines bus stand and calm area with good parking facility and EV charging also available here for cars
Beatiful historic hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food is good and plentiful. My bedroom was on the roof which was exciting and gave easy access to fantastic views across tge city to the Ganges. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
