A big thank you to Dr. Preetam who cancelled his weekend plans on seeing the patients condition. Not only did he take the time to visit the patient after work hours but stayed back until 11:30 in the night to check the reports and rule out on other injuries. Excellent Care! I came in with a shoulder pain which I was suffering for a long time, I consulted the doctor and he prescribed me a few exercise and the pain vanished in a weeks time. I was worried about the pricing here, but trust me, the treatment here is very affordable and costs very less than other places in The Nilgiris. Thank You Otho One.

Best clinic in Coonoor for all orthopaedic problems. Excellent team, very kind and courteous staffs. And to my surprise they are the Only Hospital in the whole of Nilgiris who charge very less for the services they provide when compared to the other hospitals.

I have given 1 star because there is no negative marking. I have lost 1 and a half months of healing thanks to their wrong diagnosis. I went with an elbow injury, told them I had hit it and they have been treating me for Tennis Elbow ever since without even an xray. When there was no improvement I went to another ortho and he immediately said it does not look like Tennis elbow, asked for an xray and found a fracture. Do not go to this half baked set up with no proper doctors. I am going to sue them

My uncle was having severe elbow pain for many days. After trying with many doctors and nativity treatment, there was no use. Finally we were reffered to Ortho one by my neighbour and the doctor told it was tennis elbow. After 1 week physio, medication and rest my uncle is perfectly fine. Good Ortho centre in Coonoor.

Clean, professional setup. The staff is prompt and courteous and the doctor was patient and did a thorough examination. There is an x-ray available at the facility, and it helps to have visiting specialists.
