Orritel Convention Spa and Wedding Resort - Hotel in Vadgaon, Talegaon Dabhade - Pune, India

The building was good, the rooms and the lobbies weren't clean, the money they charged for executive rooms, wasn't matching with the rooms bathroom or the service (i.e no available towel or soap or any small amenities ). Although the staff were extremely helpful and responsive.

Wow, what a wonderful stay I and my family enjoyed in Orritel hotel. Our stay was Soo comfortable didn't feel like I actually visited this place for the first time. The front desk staff Jiya, and manager Rupesh were Soo accommodating and made our stay beautiful. Our duplex room was very spacious and spot clean there was not a place you could pick an issue existed. Restaurant staff ...Tejaswini, Riya, Sai and Tushar provided a very warm and comforting atmosphere during our time of breakfast and dinner. Delicious and very appetizing food veg or non veg... You couldn't stop enjoying and eating... Loved it.....Thank you everyone from bottom of our hearts to make our stay so beautiful and comfortable. This will be my only hotel to stay whenever I am back in town. I would highly recommend everyone to enjoy their stay at this hotel.

The hotel facilities and management are very good. But never Trusted in-house (room) keeping staff because I recently visited this hotel and my Wife's Gold earnings are theft in the hotel room. one thing is there are two keys to your room one is yours and another is their housekeeping staff. That is not acceptable. you enjoy your day outside of the Lonavala incident are taken. I check out of the hotel and checked my bag on the way I called the hotel manager but not a good response on call. They tell me I will check and informed me to half-hour but they did not call back I called back 3 times and the response is average and not apologize for the theft of the Gold earring.

Pathetic hotel. No guests even on long weekend. Pool not clean and no one listens to cleaning the pool even after reminding three to four times. All the games are either broken or not working proper. Definitely a hotel to avoid.

Room cleaning is very good Rishi zandhv & janabai they are cleaning rooms properly breakfast buffet food is limited

We went there with friends n had buffet lunch with limited menu items. Overall food isn't grate taste. Non Veg n Veg have limited items served in buffet.
