I would not recommend anyone to visit particularly Orra Mg road Branch Indore. I really had a bad experience.I went on 12th September to buy a ring but It was not available in my size so I asked them to make it by order. They promised me that it will get ready in 30 days but I have received my ring on 50th Day that too after reaching out multiple times by myself and not getting a response from the team. They just bluff regarding everything and make you fool. I visited the branch twice. First to collect the ring that time also I waited for around an hour but still they were not able to give me the bill then they gave me the ring without the bill and asked us to come next day to collect the bill and certifications. Next day when we reached again we waited for an hour and then only got the bill and they said they will inform us once they will have the certifications ready it's been 18 days since then. Today I reached out again they started bluffing like will let you know by evening or will get back to you Asap. I do have all the bills refund amount everything if Orra wants me to furnish that to them. I am still waiting for my refund and certificates.
It was very nice visiting orra. Mrs.Madhuri served us with best of the designs and offers. We are satisfied with the service.
Pathetic Experience and will rate 0 for customer service. Never ever go to there store especially MG Road Indore From past 2 months they are facing issues with system updates. At first they delayed the order than i posted a review got call from Gaurav Ji he requested to delete the feedback. Next day they handed me over the ring without bill coz as per them the bill could still not be generated.Now the very next day I have to go again for the bill and than even after 15 days neither I got my diamond certification nor the refund amount that they promised that will be credited in 7 days. Pathetic experience pathetic staff all they will do is convince you and fool you.For their own delays and fault they will convince you.(Staff coordinated with Mangal Ji and Gaurav Ji) Strict advise not to go to ORRA MG ROAD INDORE.All they will say is will update you in evening or will get it done etc etc and will do nothing at all.I have all the proofs of negligence if Head office wants I can share the same. Gaurav Ji neither received my call nor did he called me back.
Went to purchase for my sister for her birthday and i was amazed by the variety of designs ORRA offered. The staff was so cooperative, helpful in every way for me to select the perfect design. Thank you for such delightful experience.
Nice Service and quality and their Working staff is too polite. I have visited Orra Exibition in Ratlam and have interaction done with one employee Ankit Mehta he is so humble and good communicator that's makes me remember for long.
